Well I finally ordered a cake here. After many times wanting to but just haven't I did. The ordering process online is very easy. You can order your cake for whatever day and a time slot and just go in and pick it up. My husband ordered me one for Mothers Day and that's what he did. Made it very very easy! Now I've tried their cakes before but just samples. I've been at a couple events through the last couple years and have tried their Cakes through samples like chocolate, lemon, and red velvet and my impression has always been "wow it's soooo good." I ended up deciding on a White Chocolate Raspberry Cake. It's pretty dang good! The good thing about their cakes is they are extremely moist. The frosting a cream cheese one I believe and it's way good. My only complaint about my cake is that it needs a little more Raspberry. You can hardly taste the Raspberry and the other flavor doesn't really scream White Chocolate. It's a good cake but not amazing. I'm feeling the next round a go with a different flavor from them will probably be a 5 star cake. I think this flavor just misses the mark. I am excited to try others and will need to stop in the try their little minis soon. read more

Ordered a dozen bundtinis online to be delivered to my kids who go to school in Provo. Website says delivery time between 11 am and 2 pm. My son stated, no delivery. I called and was told that the delivery person was at an event and it would not be delivered until 6 pm. Unacceptable! Terrible customer service! I told the young woman I spoke with that they should have told their customers that. Unapologetic! I have always received great service at their Brea location here in California. I was in a different state, traveling home and trying to coordinate a party. It was about 9pm yet the representative was chipper, kind, and helpful. The representative answered my questions with great detail then went above and beyond to make sure I got the perfect cake. The representative took a personal interest in making sure my specific requests were met and followed through. The representative even checked my order the moment it was placed! Professionalism: I've always been pleased with the workers in the shop. They are always sweet and bright. The bakery is always clean and inviting. The representative I texted, helped me feel comfortable asking for a Tiffany Blue like bow and a special sentimental flag. Even though it was late, the responses were prompt and sweet. Very few companies have the same level of professionalism as Nothing Bundt Cakes. When one gives a Nothing Bundt Cake, one gives a professional, well thought out, and classy gift. Quality: When one purchases a Nothing Bundt Cake, they are purchasing a work of art. I am not a cake person, but I will happily stuff my face with a Nothing Bundt Cake. So far I have purchased Nothing Bundt Cakes in Utah, Texas and Idaho. Every cake is consistently melt-in-your-mouth-better-than-heaven good! I have always been beyond satisfied. The presentation is magical and will make any girl feel like a princess. Getting a Nothing Bundt Cake is like jumping into a pit of puppies! (In my opinion of course). I think most importantly, it's easy to forget Nothing Bundt Cake is a chain because they treat their costumers with extreme care and share deep pride in their product. Sad. Love this store in Vegas. SO excited to see there is one in Lehi/American Fork! But I got there at 2 min past close time... NO WIGGLE ROOM. The employees won't even acknowledge your presence. Picked up a cake for my wife's birthday. It was a Saturday around 10 and the place was packed but the staff greeted me shortly after I came in. I was helped within a minute or two. They gave samples and walked me through my options. Got the white chocolate raspberry cake. so good. Pros Convenient Location Staff was helpfully and friendly. Cake was delicious and moist. Went in to this location today because it is my oldest daughter's birthday. She had a birthday coupon and received a bunttinie. I asked the older woman who was helping us if they sold the bunttinies by the half dozen because there is only myself in the household who eats them. She told me no. Not a big deal, shrugs. My other daughter was also with me and suggested I buy a dozen and she'll split it with me. I thought that was a brilliant idea. So I asked if she could put them six in one box and six in another box. She had to go into the back area to ask someone if that was possible. When she came back out she asked me, "are these going to two separate areas"? I replied yes. She then told me it would be a 20 minute wait. As we were the only people in the shop I was a bit confused. Seeing that I was confused she told me ... we have other orders and we have to get to those first. If I am in the shop at the present moment I would assume that they would handle the orders for those who are immediately in the shop. We decided not to get any because it seemed too much of a hassle for her to help us split the dozen into 2 boxes and get them while we were there. read more

We went in with two separate orders a few days before pickup. When we went to pick up, only one order was there and had no knowledge of the other order even both were paid. After a 30 minute wait, we reordered. We asked what happens if we double paid? Manager said we will refund it. Well we checked and we double paid. So obviously our order was lost. I love nothing bunt cakes! The different sizes they offer are perfect and both their classic and seasonal cake flavors are wonderful. These make a great gift! I took a medium sized cake as a white elephant gift and it was a hit! Everyone wanted it. I give them as gifts to clients and they LOVE them! We went to Nothing Bundt Cake on the opening day. It was very crowded, but were immediately greeted, given delicious samples of Chocolate Chocolate Chip Cake and had all of our questions answered (as it was our first time there). It is a cute, clean bakery with friendly customer service and our entire family thought the cake was delicious. We ordered several bundtlets (mini cakes) to try different flavors and thought they were reasonably priced at $3.99 (they are single servings but can easily feed two). A few of our favorites were the chocolate, the lemon and red velvet. We have since tried the bundtinis and loved the different bites of cake. We can safely say we will be eating Nothing Bundt Cake for years to come! read more

The cakes here are really good but I won't be going back because of how small the cakes are. I have been to a Nothing Bundt Cakes store in Huntington Beach California many times and the cakes are bigger there. I felt cheated when I saw that they were noticeably smaller at this store. read more

Sooooo good! Their regular bundt flavors are delicious, but I want to review the gluten free. I have a very hard time finding a gluten free dessert that still has a great flavor.
