11/20/20 & 11/23/20 I ordered through their online system and it was perfect! I got the pecan praline with extra frosting. Ohhhh baby! I think the one I got was "the sweetest in the patch" that served as sort of a makeshift wedding cake. The ap is super easy to use too! Highly recommend. The store itself is as cute as can be with beautiful serving plates etc. loved it. I went in a few days later to purchase a mini Bundt from the case (not a preorder) and much to my shock, the gluten free chocolate chip was sold out! That being said, it's my sons birthday and he asks for a bundt cake so I head out to get one because I thought it would be a good idea to get a six pack of bundts for the family and his birthday. got stuck in a bit of traffic and ended up at the store at exactly 7pm. as I am walking up the employee let someone out and locked the door. Tasty cake and great customer service. After tasting some samples at a wine event, I decided I wanted to try nothing bundt cakes for my birthday. Of course I couldn't choose between flavors so my husband ordered a dozen of the mini bundlets and an individual bundlet that I could put some candles in. All the flavors were delicious. We were curious about this new bakery so we gave it a try. Not many options. We bought 2 of the medium size cakes in plastic containers. We tried Vanilla and second flavor Peanut Butter. My son ate all of the vanilla and my friend and I split the peanut butter. There was no "Wow" factor here. The place is really small, it's a take out place. The larger cakes are $25.00. I think if they added cakes with a pudding filling it would be great! I remember my Moms Bundt Cakes and I guess what they say is true, "Home Made is Best" cause it's made with love. They would only allow me to order their signature bundtinis which are not flavors kids would want or I could order 12 of one kind. Our family has been a repeat customer of Nothing Bundt Cakes, Collegeville, PA location for about two years, if not more. When we first started being a customer, the service was absolutely fantastic. The cakes are always amazing. Over the past 10 months the front staff is anything but engaging or enthusiastic about their positions at the store in Collegeville. They do not ask to help you, there is no thank you for your purchase. Simply no customer service pleasantries. For example, there were 3 people at the front desk and not one asked to help me. There were no lines , not crowded . I had to just go up and ask for my order. If our family did not enjoy the cakes as much as we do, I would not step foot in this location. We've been to the Warrington location and there is definitely a welcoming vibe. The food is excellent, the store is very pretty, but the staff needs a lot of polishing. read more

I stopped in Friday afternoon to pickup a cake for a birthday. I happened to have my sleepy 15 month old who was also reccovering from a cold. I was greeted warmly by two workers and offered a sample. I ordered a confetti cake for the birthday and was told it would be a few minutes for frosting. During that few minutes my toddler had fallen asleep on me and when my cake was ready Kiki offered to carry it out to my car for me so I wasn't juggling a cake and a baby. These are absolutely the best and I mean THE BEST cakes I've ever had! The store has only been open for about 3 weeks and I've been there three times so far (please don't judge me. The cakes are so yummy!) When I enter in the store I'm always greeted by the employees with a smile and they are attentive to my orders. When he got there, we realized the cake was marked "CARROT." Which was not what was ordered. We cut it open, and it definitely was not confetti. My friend is allergic to nuts so confusing carrot with confetti is a huge issue for her. This happened on a Sunday, so we could not contact them since Nothing Bundt Cakes is closed on Sundays. Finally on Monday, we confirmed that there were no nuts in the carrot cake. And upon tasting the cake, we realized it was NOT carrot cake either. We looked on the site for a coloration that matched our cake. Turns out it was lemon. So, we ordered a CONFETTI cake, were given a cake labeled CARROT, which was actually a LEMON cake on the inside.
