I received a bundt cake from family and it was delivered open, without a box. I called immediately and they had told me that they ran out of delivery boxes. They did not refund nor give another cake. Back in January of 2020, this NBC had a special event on a Saturday morning where the first 50 people to get in line would get a sort of repeater card, where you could redeem a free bundlet every month for a year. That opportunity was too good to pass up. So on this cold, January morning, I stood in line for like an hour and a half. Close to opening time, the employees came out and gave everyone in line samples of their cakes. They had even more samples inside. Luckily, I was one of the first 50 so I got a repeater card, and thus I have been to NBC every month this year. The manager has phenomenal customer service. i was sooooo excited to see this place under construction a month ago! last week, my parents told me it was open and i finally made it over today. the shop is small, but mighty! there were chocolate,chocolate chip cake samples for us to try, so i helped myself. the cake is so delicate and delicious! i was torn between getting a dozen bundtinis and several bundtlets. the sweet lady assisting me advised that the bundtinis come in their four most popular flavors unless you want a custom order, but that takes about 30 minutes. i opted for a nice sampling of bundtlets this time. the chocolate turtle is the featured flavor of the month, so i had to get one of those. i also got carrot, red velvet, and pecan praline. i rushed home to share the goodness with my husband. there is nothing better than that cream cheese frosting! the chocolate turtle did not have a ton of caramel in it, but it was so fresh and on point! i was happy to learn that there is an option for corporate accounts! i'm going to pitch this when i return to work. there's nothing better than nothing bundt cakes in the office for every occasion! muahahaha! read more

So I have already been at this location several times, each experience seems to be a little bit different from the last. Out of these say 6 times I have been there only one time did I feel uncomfortable. They are very quick to greet you, they have great customer service, and although the prices are a little bit of high it is exactly what I expect from the brand. Franchises don't set the prices the corporate does. The only one that actually stands out as one that made me a little uncomfortable was when I was being helped by Vivian, she went through the whole process but I just felt really uncomfortable and maybe got the impression that she does not want my business. Otherwise I have had very good experiences there, I love the red velvet lately and the chocolate chocolate chip. The white chocolate raspberry is amazing, and I just got another chance to try the strawberries and cream which I really enjoyed from last year.
