I have no idea what the swirls on the top have to do with graduating high school. The wording is terribly done. The centerpiece of our party is an eyesore. I was so overwhelmed with disappointment I began to cry. I was told they would discount the cake $5 but couldn't do any more than that due to the time they spent on it. I'm not sure how much time was spent globing icing on top of a cake but very little time was spent decorating this cake. I should have refused to buy it. I am heartbroken. I also purchased decorated cookies at $4 each. The quality is not worth the money on two of them. They are supposed to be diplomas. The other cookies are acceptable some are well done. However, I recently visited the drive-thru only location on Garnett and had a disappointing experience with unclear pricing. I ordered the Fall in Love Latte (20 oz) with half the pumps and was surprised when my total came to $8.21. The posted signage lists 20 oz lattes at $5.25, with "extra flavor" for $0.25, so I expected something closer to that price. After speaking with the manager, I learned that this particular drink includes two sauces and one syrup, each priced separately -- and that "half the pumps" doesn't affect the cost. The manager was very kind and even mentioned that she finds the pricing confusing as well. I completely understand that specialty drinks may cost more, but the current signage and specialty menus don't clearly show how those prices are calculated, which makes it difficult for customers to know what to expect. I also reached out to the owner (on 10/23/24) to share my experience and suggestion for clearer pricing but haven't received a reply as of this review (nearly three weeks later). I'll still stop by Evergreen occasionally -- I do enjoy their drinks and atmosphere -- but in the future, I'll make sure to clarify prices before ordering. Hopefully, they'll consider making their pricing a bit more transparent for everyone.

So disappointing....I honestly cannot believe they sent a product out like this. I paid nearly $40 for these 3 sandwiches and this is what I received?!! As you can see by the photos, there is virtually no lettuce between the 3 sandwiches, one had none on it at all. The tomato was almost non existent as well...sliced (if it was present) so thin you couldn't taste it. And, when we unwrapped, the "sandwiches" (I have a hard time calling these sandwiches because they looked like whole bagels) there was so little on the sandwiches you couldn't tell they were sandwiches. AND none of the items were labeled so that we knew what they were supposed to be without unwrapping them. The thing that REALLY bugs me, besides feeling totally ripped off...is that this order was for 2:45 in the afternoon...not a busy time. Whoever put this order together was not busy, they just didn't care. The quality at this Owasso, OK location has really gone downhill, this is not the first time I have had issues here.
