We were a bit shocked to discover that one of dishes we ordered contained no noodles (we were expecting it to be nothing but noodles). Despite the mix up, there was a shining light throughout the meal that refused to be dimmed... And this lights name was...Walker M. Jacks! Walker Jacks' attention to detail, his dedication to service, and his friendly demeanor were impossible to ignore. I accidentally placed my online order at the wrong Nothing But Noodles location and figured I was just out of luck since it was completely my mistake. When I explained what happened, they pulled up my order and remade it for me at the correct store without hesitation. They didn't charge me again and even gave us drinks while we waited, which I absolutely didn't expect. The food is always great, but the way they handled this really stood out. If possible, I will give 3.5 stars. I'm new to the area, this is my first time going here. I ordered the shrimp scampi, I added broccoli, cabbage, and bean sprouts. They forgot the sprouts. Besides missing the sprouts, the overall taste and portion of the scampi was good. I also, had the chicken potstickers, which I DO NOT recommend. A friend of mine suggested to come here for lunch. I've never been to any of their locations, so this was a new place for me. The concept is interesting in that you can get Italian, Thai, or basically any cuisine that has noodles. It's a very basic food-type place though. So don't expect the same quality or flavor you would get at a restaurant specifically for that cuisine. You order at the counter, then they give you a number and bring out your food. We started out with the cheese filled breadsticks. If you come here, this is likely the best thing on the menu giving it the 3 stars. The bread was warm and the cheese was perfect. We both got the lobster ravioli ($15) but I wasn't impressed with it. The pasta part was thick and reminded me of the raviolis you can get at Sam's Club. We also got a chocolate chip whoopie pie ($5). It was ok. I thought it would taste more "homemade" than it did. The staff was friendly and the place was clean. It had plenty of comfortable booths. There are free drink refills that you can get yourself. This place is ok if you just want to stop and get something, but I wouldn't seek it out. read more

Funny that this place is called "nothing but noodles" because there's more than pasta to enjoy! However, the pasta offering is an unmatched variety so it's definitely necessary to grab a bowl. No matter which country/cuisine you're craving, there's an available pasta option to meet your needs! I thought it was fast casual and I'd have to wait at the counter until my food was ready but they said we could take a "number sign" and sit anywhere and they'll bring it to us! They even clean up after you, though I'd recommend cleaning up your own mess to be nice. It was extremely well air conditioned on a very hot day, the area is large and has self-pour fountain drinks, and once it cools down there's a large outdoor area too with plenty of parking. read more

Given that I'm a huge fan of noodles (and pasta), it's kind of shocking that I haven't visited this place in Stonecrest shopping strip 'til now...although I do remember going to another chain like this a few times years ago (could it be the same chain??). I stopped in for a late lunch (2 pm), but the place was still quite busy. Still, no problem finding an open table. The place itself was nicely decked for what it was...a casual, noodle bar. Anyway, there were so many noodle/pasta varieties to choose from...but I went for their Lobster Ravioli...and I thought it was a great choice! It was quite yummy...and VERY plentiful, loaded with cheese (quite spicy as well). It also came with a complimentary bread stick. Overall, I really liked my dish...and thought the pricing was reasonable (14 bucks?)...and I'd gladly return for more. When I first started going to this business, they did not have a gluten-free menu either did most people in town. When I kept asking for rice noodles, the owner and his wife asked me about my diet. So they took it upon themselves to develop a gluten-free menu. It's one of the feed places that you can get great gluten-free meals as as well as other types. I highly recommend them. They are clean.
