No matter what happens in the world, the Orthodox faith does not change. You can feel God. The priest's sermons really make you think about what you are doing and not doing without pointing a finger right at you. We are in charge of our own relationship with God, and he is trying to help us get closer to God for our own salvation.

I ended up ordering the pasta and beef which had almost no beef and was very bland. The rice rice pilaf and vegetables (squash) were very good. Suggestions for the next festival: the music is WAY too loud. You cannot have a conversation with the person sitting right next to you without screaming. We would have stayed longer if we had the chance to visit with each other. Another suggestion-don't advertise free parking and shuttle service at Assumption College and then not have signs as to where to park and where to wait for the shuttle, which was nowhere in site. I would not go back again. Not worth the time or money.

How do you really write a review about a church?…read more Well to start - this church is beautiful inside. You can see that they have taken a lot of care to make this church beautiful and inviting. The Pastor Terzian is very warm and easy to speak with. He makes it a point to know everyone in his church and everyone seems to look up to him and respect him. The church is very large on the inside and they have an area downstairs that has a stage for the Sunday school students and other church productions. The parking lot is very small. Street parking is available but because it is a city and there is a school right there it can be difficult to find a space.

Although we have a home church that we love, we think of First Baptist as our "sister" church and visit here occasionally. I finally got the courage to ask the church for help and Pastor Baron, and his Deacons took it upon themselves instead of going before the church to turn their backs on me and my husband. I ended up quitting. My God and my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ would never turn His back on me or anyone. Jesus helps you up, He doesn't push you down. Perhaps Pastor Baron and Deacons Peter, Nevin, Warren, Jim and Quinton need to reread their Bibles! Go back to Fall River!!!!!!
