Heard about the Italian Burrito (calzone ?) And had to try it out myself. It was worth the drive to Lincoln. I ordered a Heavenly meal which came with a salad and a drink . Made fresh I did have to wait a little, but it was worth it Packed with canadian bacon, cheese, sauce, bacon , onions and mango habo, it was very flavorful but suprisingly ate lighter than I expected and did not leave me feeling overly full. Sitting area is clean and has plenty of table, and a self serve soda fountain. Gal who took my order was very nice , and had great suggestions regarding which to try. Would love an expansion into south sac area off I5.

Love the counter service (thank you, Lana and really dig the concept here. Ordered the parmigiana meal and a chicken sandwich. I started with the chicken sandwich and it was fantastic: a fried chicken breast nestled between brioche buns with pickles and just the right amount of sauce. Very good if that's your thing (and it's definitely mine). Dipped it in the habanero ranch... aces. The next day I heated up the parmigiana "burrito" following the reheating instructions printed on the bag (which I loved, by the way). One suggestion if you're doing the same: cut it in half first. Like Hot Pockets back in the day, cutting it would help with heat distribution, otherwise it heats unevenly. Lots of meat in this dish, and the breading on the outside was totally delicious. The salad was good too, although I might try a different side next time.

I've passed by a few times, curious but quite interested to quickly check it out. Thanks to a Yelp event that presented an opportunity to visit. Took a couple of family members so we can try a few things on the menu. Walked in the shop with no expectation. The place was clean. The staff were very friendly. Plenty of seating indoors and outdoors. We tried the supreme, Hawaiian, pepperoni, and the chicken sandwich and everything was very good! Don't judge the chick-to-go sandwich by the look. Although it looked simple, it was crispy, moist, and tasty. The burritos were a bit soggy but nonetheless very flavorful. We had an enjoyable lunch meal and will be back to try other items on the menu. Oh... they do serve gelato as well! One more thing... I love thot Tommy Notty, Italian chef mascot free sticker giveaway. And if you do take one, applying this sticker to your water bottle or notebook would make Tommy Notty more adorable and appropriate than on that lamp post outside the shop. Va bene

I'm glad I had a chance to try this Notty's. The food was really good and they have gelato! That's right, they have a nice selection of authentic Italian gelato. I ordered the salted caramel flavor, and it was fantastic! If you're looking for a lush, creamy treat just like the real thing back at the boot, Notty's has it. I also tried The Tommy, which is an Italian burrito filled with lasagne. It was packed with marinara, cheese, and those wavy noodles you love so much. It was very filling. It came with a fresh side salad and a drink. I didn't have room for the salad, after my gelato and burrito, but it made a nice snack later that day. The restaurant was spotless inside, and the had plenty of seating. Including some outdoor seating, with umbrellas for some shade. The employees were friendly, and prepared my food quickly. I was excited to learn they're adding chicken strips and fries to the menu soon. I'm looking forward to my next visit. Thank you to the owners, the employees and Rachel for a great meal.

It's my first time trying this place and the first thing I noticed was the patterns that's similar to In-N-Out. It's pretty cool though. I was with my toddler and they had stickers and coloring materials that you can do while waiting for your food. I ordered a Specialties burrito, the chicken bacon ranch . As a meat lover, it did not disappoint. From the salty coating of the bread to the flavorful mixture of chicken, bacon, ranch & mozzarella; it was amazing! As for the salad, since I like salads and black olives, I enjoyed it. The place was nice and clean and the people working here were very friendly.

Instead of an "Italian Burrito", I would describe Notty's signature dish as closer to a thin calzone or a premium hot pocket. To me, a burrito means a tortilla. The wrapping is a bit thicker than that. The dough which wraps the filling is nice: crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside, which is filled with your choice of stuffing from their menu. I went with the Chicken/Bacon/Ranch upon suggestion. Overall, the food was decent .The side salad felt lackluster as a side. The iceberg lettuce was not my favorite and it gave "salad from misc. Italian pizza place that comes in a flat pan". I think it could be improved with higher quality lettuce or the offering of an alternative side to choose from. Excellent service, if you aren't sure what the best flavor hot pocket to order is, just ask!

When I walked in I was welcomed by their friendly staff members & Brian (Manager & Cook). The restaurant had a delicious smell when I entered. Their menu is simple, but I understand it will be expanding in the future. My meal included "La Tua Via (Notty Your Way)" Italian burrito, side salad (dressing on side) and a beverage. My burrito consisted of chicken, sausage, pepperoni, mozzarella, onions with habanero ranch dressing (on the side). The burrito is made fresh (thin crust) served warm with a sprinkle of cheese on top in a pizza-like sandwich. My lunch was quite good. Also, I noticed a lot of their customers ordered their food To-Go too!! So I'll be returning back there in the future to try a different burrito.

The food at Notty's is outstanding. I had a meat lovers style knotty Italian burrito with their home made hot chipotle sauce on the side. The service was 5/star level as well. A fulfilling scrumptious meal indeed.

This place has a fun vibe when you walk in. The red and white colors and pictures make the place vivid and lively. I ordered the signature Tommy burrito with a side salad. The young lady behind the counter asked me how to spell my name and got it correct. I love her attention to detail. It was so tasty and fulfilling. Lasagna in a burrito was a savory blend of two of my favorite foods. I hope they have a location in Elk Grove someday so I can enjoy this yummy food more often. For now I will enjoy the food when I'm in Rocklin or Lincoln.

Congratulations to Notty's on their 3rd restaurant's Grand Opening on Saturday, 11/22/2025! I got in line too late to be the first 100 customers, 15-20 minutes before 11 am opening time. I was probably #102! I was still within the first 250 to get a free Italian Burrito. The first people were in line at 5 am! You could choose from 4 Notty Classics: Pepperoni, Sausage, Cheese, or Hawaiian (ham, pineapple, cheese). I got in around 12:10 pm. Plenty of wristbands were still available at 12:30 pm if you wanted to try one. Not that many people were behind me. People were most interested in being the first 100 customers for the $100 gift card. Notty's provided free stickers, rubber bracelets, face painting, and balloon animals to the kids waiting in line. The Notty's Italian chef logo was even turned into a balloon animal! Other kids got a butterfly, sword, dog, or lightning bolt. Talented artists. You can order at the counter or online. There is a rewards program you can sign up for through their website. While in line, I heard customers showing interest in the Tommy (lasagna), Alfie (Chicken Alfredo), and Hurricane (everything!). Notty's realtor told me his favorite is a custom Italian Burrito or Notty with pepperoni, pineapple, and jalapeno. La Tua Via is a Notty Your Way with your choice of 5 toppings. A Notty is wrapped in a 6 ingredient dough that is thin yet sturdy enough. It is air fried and lighter than a typical calzone. Founder Chris Ewing's goal was to create portable handheld Italian food. I ordered the Hawaiian. It didn't have as much inside as the Italian burritos I have ordered at the Rocklin location. I suspect it is due to the demands and pressure of the Grand Opening. I noticed 1 piece of ham cut into quarters was placed inside a Hawaiian. Impressive thing was that the Italian burritos were being wrapped and made to order. The wrap on a freshly made burrito tastes better than the pre-made burritos that are ready to go in 2 minutes. Restaurant has 6 tables for 4 and 3 tables for 2 inside. White, red, and black checkerboard theme. Looks like a fast food restaurant. Notty's is located next door to Starbucks in the Sprouts plaza on Ferrari Ranch Rd in Lincoln, CA. You can see the signage from the main road. It is in the location of the former Game Stop. Best wishes to Notty's, and welcome to Lincoln, CA!

We went here because one of the employees offered us a free sample while we were waiting in the drive-through line at Starbucks, and it was really tasty. We went in and my teenage daughter had the pepperoni burrito, and she said it was one of the best things she has ever eaten. It is more like a calzone than a burrito. I got their salad, which I don't think they serve a lot of because they seemed surprised. It was a fine salad but nothing special. However, if you're in the mood for a calzone, my daughter would highly recommend this place.

Sadly she never introduced herself so I can't give her the kudos she deserves. Started out with warm bread and garlicky soft butter. They serve it with the knife stabbed through the center of the bread - by the time you pull the big knife out, there is not much center left to spread the butter on. I figured out how to slather it in butter anyways. The garlic butter is something I could eat on everything! Dinner: We arrived around 6pm on a Wednesday. There were plenty of people there, but we were able to be seated right away. We ordered the pollo piccata - it was delicious, the sauce was creamy, the perfect amount of lemony, and the capers weren't too salty. The creamy potatoes were great and the veggies cooked perfectly. The balsamic ribeye - eh not our thing. Mid at best for us. It was tender, but it had so much liquid it didn't have much flavor and tasted like it was boiled. Still giving 5 stars overall because maybe that's the way it's supposed to be. Dessert: Chocolate lava cake - ours was extinct. There was NO LAVA! Just a very dense very chocolaty cake. Did I still eat it?? Yes!! Chocolate is chocolate. But if you are going to say lava I expect some lava! Drink: Josh Cab, always a hit. Strawberry Minefield (I think) dangerous! It tasted like a melted sorbet in the best way possible. I need a bottle of that stuff. Will we be back? 100% Next time we will try the lasagna

I ordered two kids pizzas, one with pineapple and one with olives, and specifically asked for extra sauce because my kids like their pizza that way. I was also charged an extra $2 for the toppings, which I paid, but it would have been nice if that had been communicated to me upfront. Unfortunately, after waiting about 40 minutes, the pizzas were very disappointing. My kids immediately said it tasted like cheese bread, and after trying it myself, I agreed. There was barely any sauce at all, which was surprising since I had asked for extra sauce. My kids wouldn't eat it, and I ended up having to take them somewhere else to get pizza. I was really disappointed after driving so far and having high expectations based on the reviews. Unfortunately, I do not recommend this place and will not be returning.
