Do not under any circumstances bring your equipment to Nouveau Packaging. I had spoken to Beverly on the phone about service to my Husqvarna lawn mower that was under warranty. I explained I would need the mower delivered after service and she agreed. She told me I needed to bring the original proof of purchase and warranty information with me. When I showed up with the info she asked for, she started complaining about taking on the warranty work and whether they should even take the job (2 days after our phone call.) Her husband told her he'd take it. They did however complete the repair faster than their original time table, which I was happy with. But when Beverly called to tell me the service was finished, she complained about how much time and money they lost doing the work for me. When I reminded her the mower needed to be delivered, she said she had another customer on the line and had to hang up abruptly. When I spoke to her the next day, she said that the person who does deliveries is on vacation so I needed to figure out how to come pick up the mower and then again abruptly hung up. When I called back to express my disappointment about how this transaction had occurred, she got defensive and said it was my fault I was not informed enough to have purchased my mower from a better dealer. She continuously spoke over me for 8 minutes until she finally said the conversation was over and that she had a customer she had to go help.
