Since the area is quite spacious, this gives you plenty of breathing space when there are more customers present. Also, there is always a friendly member of staff willing to assist and greet you. You couldn't really ask for much more for an elegant and charming shop like Radley. Even though prices are a little moderate, I would recommend the shop for its quality and uniqueness.
