Warning! Do not exchange here! My dad exchanged $80.00 dollars for Euros and they only gave him…read moreabout 41 euros. Lots of hidden fees they DO NOT TELL YOU ABOUT. When he stated he didn't want to move forward, they told him it was too late. Their customer service was awful and rude. They get about 20% commissions. He filed a report and even the local police stated that they had issues with this place and to keep on moving forward with the complaint. I wish we would of seen the reviews before going here. If I could give it zero stars I would. FYI: my dad speaks fluent Spanish and there was no language barrier. They told him What the dollar to euro exchange rate was but failed to tell him the hidden fees and percentage of commissions until money was already exchanged. :(

Did not even said how much was their commission on the exchange. I have never heard of more than 100 euros for a commission. When we saw the receipt, he points out to their rules written in a piece of paper attached to the glass. The letters were so small you can barely see it, then it's too late to cancel the exchange. That's a bit much. Why is converting currency such an opportunity for usury? Ugh!
