Extremely disappointed. I booked a bike tour with Floripa Bike through Viator. I showed to the…read moremeeting point a half hour early. The office was empty. No one from Floripa ever showed. I tried to call 2 numbers and email with no response. I also sent a message through Facebook. Two days later I received a response through Facebook that the tour was canceled. Floripa Bike still charged me even after requesting a refund. Floripa Bike is unresponsive. Viator is unresponsive. I highly suggest never booking with either.
