I realized at noon the day of our awards dinner and gala, that one box containing 2 awards did not make it to Las Vegas. I was in a complete panic and started calling local trophy stores, hoping that someone could help me. The first two stores I called gave me a firm no and seemed a little annoyed that I would even call and ask. So when I called A & J Trophy, I was not expecting much. Was I ever surprised! I was just asking for a blank crystal trophy and planned to explain to the recipients that I would get ithem engraved and shipped after the conference. Not only did A & J Trophy say they could get me 2 crystal trophies similar to what I had, they said they would stay late and get them engraved for me. They even face-timed with me so that I could see different options. Deb and her team were amazing and went above and beyond anything I could have expected. If I could give them 10 stars, I would! In a time where customer service expectations are low - they are shining stars!!!

If you're quality and service is better than other places, then you shouldn't need to trash talk other places, it should show for itself. The staff is hit or miss on the friendly scale - sometimes they are more involved in taking care of their dogs than the clientele. It's nice to have dogs in the store (unless you're allergic), but the customers should come first.
