Enjoyed dining at this hotel restaurant. I finally found a shish kebab, which is moist! Simple but executed on point from the sides to the bread and spreads. Only minor issue with the kabobs not being hot but still warm, service delay?
They pride themselves with slow cooking, and it did take longer than most places but it turned out excellent! A possible perk or eyesore is the parking lot right smack in front of the restaurant, which is why I bypassed this place on many occasions until I read reviews elsewhere. The French ladies beside me were ecstatic with the mostly vegetarian meze platters.
I was going to give it five stars, but I don't like restaurants adding surcharges. In this case, the staff deserved the service addition, but there was another fee I did not bother to question.
A short walk from Taksim Square and the crowds disappear. Only two outdoor tables but plenty of inside seating. They close late so if you are hangry, you know where to go. read more
