Six stars out of five! Phonecare is an authorized Apple repair shop, which also does a lot of…read morework for one of the major phone carriers. The shop replaced my iPhone's broken screen in 20 minutes. This happened while I was on an extended trip to Germany. (I was bummed: the US desk had told me it would be a two-week turnaround.) Hearing that I was traveling, Mr. Schmidt, the shop owner, immediately took the phone in, and completed the work without any surcharge for the emergency request. Then, it turned out that his shop only takes German bank cards. Again, with an easy simplicity, he accepted the cash I had at the time, a bit short of the bill. Fast-forward several months later, and my phone was erratic took a hard knock. Luckily I would be Bonn, where I once again brought it to Mr. Schmidt. He openly guessed it might just be as simple as a loosened connector...and that's what it was, and fixed in very quick order. He then said there would be no charge as it was simply that. He is very pleasant to chat with, too, a most congenial and interesting person. Ask him how he ended up with a phone repair shop - quite a story. Great job; very fair pricing; excellent customer care.
T- mobile is the worst! I hate this company and I wish I had never got into a contract with them…read more Whatever you do, don't use sprint or T - mobile. They will lie to you and not even care. They just tell you what you want to hear and then get you when the bill arrives. What every you do run from this company! Check out mintmobile.com (it's much cheaper and works great)

It's the closest canteen style place to where I work so I come here quite often…read more The food is reasonably good starting from about Euro 2.90 (plus 1 Euro for non-Telekom staff) and there's a decent salad bar to choose from. It's only worth it if you plan on coming back on a fairly regular basis as you need to buy a swipe card in order to pay for the meals (5 Euros for the card and then you need to load it up with credit on top of that). It stops serving at 2 so to avoid the lunchtime crowd it's pretty quiet from about 1:15 onwards. There's an outdoor area which would be nice but this is blighted by the hoards of smokers and also you can't get back inside without a Telekom ID to swipe on the door.
This is for the kantine that is located in the Zentrale headquarter building, not the Office Port…read more(the picture shown is of the Office Port building (across the street). The catering for all of Telekom kantines at all locations are done by Sodexo catering, so all the food will be the same. However, if you find yourself wanting to try it out, make sure to go to the HQ location, as it's slightly better. How can it be better if the catering company and menus are the same? Well, this location is filled with Telekom employees, making the turnover of food faster.. faster turnover means fresher food! Also, their salad bar is bigger than most, making it a better choice when wanting some greens! Remember, like most kantines, it's a cash-free zone. If you're not an employee, make sure to "rent" a guest card for 5€, fill it up with money and then use that card to pay. You can get your refund later! Also, I think there is a fee for non-Telekom employees to use it.. I want to say 1€50, but I'm not quite sure since I'm an employee. Guten Appetite!

They get things done quickly and with a smile, and go the extra mile to make sure you are happy. English speaking staff seem to always be on hand. Tip: duck into the lobby of the corporate office next door and grab a seat at the Starbucks - there's 3 hours free WiFi on the Telekom Hotspot!
