Today, the guy at the counter asked me to "check my backpack at the door". I said no. I'm just going to the counter to buy something. He said "well it's protocol". I quickly and politely said, man I've been in here for years. No one has asked me to "check my backpack at the door". It was on my back. What am I going to steal? Upon paying for the simple transaction the dude says: hey I wasn't profiling you. Did it upset you? I just said whatever man. Ya. That was offensive. Whoever was on the counter today @ 2:42 pm today should not be in customer service. What the heck? So disappointed.
