I found the store to be extremely clean and organized; this even includes the fitting room which is NEVER organized at a place like Forever 21. More importantly, I found the staff to be super helpful and able to speak Spanish AND English! For my curvy girl size 10 and up: I must mention that the plus size department is MASSIVE!!!! I think the Marshall's here is one of the best in San Juan. There are a couple of stores like Old Navy, Nike, Puma, Ralph Lauren, and Sketchers. The other thing this mall has is lots of food options, from the small food court toCato Caribe, IHOP, and Macaroni Grill. At least 30 percent of the inside shopping center were vacant store fronts. The IMAX theater was HORRIBLE!! we had to wait on the line for 45 minutes (not a second less) just to buy some popcorn. Again, it could be the NY mentality, because the locals seemed just fine with waiting this long. Unacceptable. There should at least be more than one option to purchase movie tickets, rather than being tortured to wait on line. They are FAR behind with technology.
