I would say Charity's style is "tell it as it is" and non-bias -- which is EXTREMELY VALUABLE when you need a dramatic shift in your life. I've used her for mental issues and spiritual coaching. On the business side, I was kinda in a stalemate and not clear where I wanted to take my mental health next. I didn't really feel as passionate anymore about what I was doing...and my was showing it. She helped me get clear by putting practices in place to find my truth and held me accountable. After that process, she helped me get a "next steps" plan that was very good and actionable that I KNOW I could not have done on my own. She help me figure out activities that were truly time wasters. I've used her work through depression situations with my company -- with better than expected wellbeing results. On the spiritual side, she is well versed and well studied in many psychology and spirituality. She's extremely intuitive. I've always been spiritual minded, but I realized I needed more 1-on-1 support to navigate more of my spiritual practice in my real life. I love her guided meditations and courses! She teaches a wide range of spiritual topics that challenged me to study and learn I TOTALLY ate it all up. I would say no matter your faith and depression, she meets you where you are and brings you up! What I love the most is that she creates a safe space to dump all your thoughts on the table, sort through them together, identify which are truth or lies you tell yourself, and walk away with clarity and an action plan. This place is has one of the best counselors on the metroplex. The staff are very nice and professional and I never felt so comfortable with another therapist before. I thought the environment looked very nice and soothing, and made you feel like you are in peace. I came here because I was very self conscious about my weight problems and Charity gave me great suggestions how to cope with my depression, and also recommended my their nutritionist who is very good. She helped lose a lot of weight and helpe gain confidence in my self. Overall please check this place out if you had bad experiences at other places. read more

I've had two sessions with Angela and I'm already seeing positive results. Angela makes me feel at ease, listens, and provides great insight as to what's going on within me. She also gives helpful "homework" assignments that have already made a difference.
