Making an appointment online was easy, and finding the space was no problem, (central in Neukolln). Upon arrival, Lisa spent a significant amount of time listening to me talk about my body. This wasn't just a few quick questions before she left the room. She made a pot of tea and we sat and talked. It was therapeutic and calming, and such a nice way to start the experience. It was also nice for me that Lisa is a native english speaker. She also has a very calming way of asking questions and providing information about the body that was reassuring. During the actual massage, I was blown away by her skillful use of a variety of techniques. It was amazing how she moves between them as needed, and to say that her work was effective would be an understatement. I felt amazing afterwards! In subsequent massages, Lisa would revisit who I was feeling, (and yes, she would make more tea) and after 3 months my problem areas are significantly changed. Seriously amazing experience and I will definitely be back.

When he called to make an appointment they already suggested floating in a swimming pool instead of capsule. And when he requested the capsule specifically they said OK and set a date. But when my husband came to tranxx, they said (made up?) a story that just this morning they were fixing the capsule and something went wrong, so it's out of service! Since my husband is a very busy man and couldn't change the date they offered instead, he took the swimming pool floating. But IT WAS NOT WHAT HE CAME THERE FOR. He said it was nothing special for that money. What was the most disappointing that they didn't call beforehand to say they had a problem with the capsule!!! That's just a bad service. And they didn't seam sorry, didn't offer any extras as a consolation. I will never recommend Tranxx to any of my friends, nor I will ever go there myself.
