I resumed seeing her again this past September and again today, with wonderful results too. When I wanted to add some procedures with HIFU (done a couple of times), she said I would not need to add them. (Since HIFU is enough to cover what I wanted.) I first found this place in yelp. I bought a package for IPL, Pico Ton Bright and microdermabrasion. It was a good deal and love the out come that I had. Stephanie did a good job. As a former regular customer, this review is written due to lack of timely response from the owner when I requested if I could get eyelash perm for one eye only as eyelash on the other eye does not fall down anymore (not sure what caused it). It would be TOTALLY fine if the owner simply responded to my email and said she can't do one eye for half of the price, but instead, I had to follow up with several phone calls and another email before I finally got a response from her almost a week later...which is that she has more than doubled the price of eyelash perm bundled with eyelash tint. And she can't provide service to me anymore. I understand the owner might start getting more customers than she can handle now and would prefer customers who pay a higher/premium price, but that is still not an excuse to not respond to an exiting client's email at all, as a business. read more

This review is one day after the ultrasound therapy on face, neck and chest with Stephanie. And I am over joyed with the results! I look 10 years younger. Absolutely no joke. Stephanie is a miracle worker! Far exceeded expectations. I was a bit nervous going into it. I mean 1000.00 and frankly the pictures of other clients before and after just didn't look worth it. So I am going to give a full blow by blow to help those that are thinking about it . There simple was not a lot of info about the actual experience, so here it goes..... I was concerned that I would see enough results. And if it did work maybe I should be at a plastic surgeons office... Lots of concerns... I took a before pic just before heading out. I arrived at Stephanie's house, yes house. And got really concerned...a house..? Yet when I entered I could see the entire house is a cosmetic studio. Lovely! And very well outfitted. Many devices and different therapies to choose from. Stephanie's consultation was thorough and very descriptive. We decided the full face, neck and chest ultrasound was best. She was careful to explain that I will not see a lot of results and it takes a few months for the collagen to regenerate. She told me that some patients feel a lot of pain and gave me Advil. Ok. Now I was really worried. The treatment was done in a very relaxing lounge chair with music and wonderful smells. Stephanie was very slow and methodical ensuring I was ok. Now for the treatment itself....yes there was a few painful seconds over the course of the hour and a half. But certainly very manageable. The best way to describe it is a deep headache like sensation with sharp prickles for a second. And then it's gone. Every time she moves the wand. So you get very used to it very fast. It was not that bad. Really. And Stephanie was so sweet and very careful to checkin and adjust if necessary. After the treatment I had zero redness, zero pain. It was so strange I expected to see some damage, but no. I looked great! And could see the results. All of the sun spots and color differences were gone and I looked refreshed and defiantly much better. And if it gets better over the next few months I was very happy. A few hours later I had very mild achy soreness around my neck area that went away with an Advil. The next morning I took a pic before makeup and compared to the pic just before treatment and was ASTONISHED! A huge huge difference! At least 10 years difference. No joke! Sagging is marked better and the eyes are really great. I am so thrilled. I don't need coverup! Not at all. And as I heal it will be even better. Omg! So look you lurkers, call Stephanie. I have been going to see Stephanie for a couple months now, and I love her! I originally had scheduled an appointment for an eyelash perm, but when discussing my skin, she recommended that I do a 6-treatment microdermabrasion/eraser plan. I took the jump, even though I felt like I was going to be throwing away my money (I've tried a lot of different skin care routines). Slowly but surely, my skin began to clear up! The minute I stopped going, my skin started breaking out again...so I think I've found my solution. As far as the eyelash perm -- it's great. I highly recommend it. Wow. I was so excited after reading the website and Yelp reviews to contact this girl and get my treatment scheduled. I was so trusting and happy and respectful. I saw a review here stating that it's best to contact her through emails so I did, and I got a response. The response was short and curt, but that was fine. She stated that she isn't accepting new patients right now and that it should take several weeks, and that I need to call for a consultation and appointment setting with her. Okay, no problem, but I did want to bring up that in terms of appointments, I like to have it in writing, so I couldn't lose the details or get things mixed up or double booked. Of course, I don't mind phone calls, but if possible, emails are the best way for me in es of setting up a time to meet that's weeks away. Again, not a must. I got an email back that rather shocked me. It said that she requires the phone call, and that I can go someplace else and she wishes me luck in my endeavors. What? I was just asking nicely, not demanding a single thing. Giving her the benefit of the doubt, I decided to reply to the email in the sweetest way possible, explaining that I don't mind phone, and trying to fix the misunderstanding. I was extremely taken aback by the fact that she just blew me off. But I still really trusted her from here and her website. So I said, eh, it's fine, and I sent another email asking what the best time to call her was. She never replied. I guess I'm not wanted as a client. Wow. ------ Update: After writing this review for the benefit of others who should not feel as unwanted and mistreated as I have, I've received a very sweet email from Stephanie, who apologized for her behavior and asked to talk to me on the phone again. I happily agreed, and asked that before I call, so the call wouldn't be for nothing, if she wanted an image of the problem I needed solving, and if she could tell me the ballpark of the time she'd be accepting new clients, so that I could know what times to look at for the phone call. I had a previous bad experience with a dermatologist 15 years ago and have been selective of who works on my skin since. Stephanie put my mind at ease with her knowledge and professionalism during my first micro-dermabrasion treatment! I was greeted with a pair of slippers and a tray of refreshments while we chatted about her education and experience. She gave me a tour of her tranquil facility, which had a wonderful balance of cleanliness and comfort.
