The best physical therapy in Madison! I've seen Jeff for chronic upper back pain as well as…read morenumerous sports injuries and could not be happier. He takes the time to listen to my concerns and goals, really thinks about the issue, and comes up with a realistic plan that has me feeling better asap. Most recently I came in for some foot pain that the doctor was sure was tendonitis, Jeff realized it was an alignment issue, and resolved weeks of pain with one adjustment! For issues that require home exercises, it's easy to sometimes do the right movements with the wrong muscles. Jeff makes sure you learn how to do them with helpful physical and verbal queues as you're doing them, which makes a huge difference in how relevant they feel and how effective they are. I'm so grateful to Pro pt for keeping me healthy and doing the activities I enjoy, I recommend them to all my friends, the people at my gym, servers at restaurants, anyone who needs or might need a physical therapist!

PRO Physical Therapy was recommended to me by one of the best spine doctors in Madison. Even though…read morehe works at a Medical Facility that has a whole floor of physical therapists below his office, he told me that Pro Physical Therapy is where he goes. He was the second doctor working in a building with a physical therapy clinic that steered me there. They are extremely thorough, knowledgable, and take all the time necessary to make sure they understand your issues. And the follow up to fine tune the treatment is also exceptional. I currently go to their office in Cross Plains, and it deserves as much praise as the home office.

I saw this doctor several years ago. I am finally beginning to recover from the "quick and easy…read morefix" he convinced me to have done, where he cut both of my big toenails, removing about 1/8 inch of nail, going down each side and into the quick. This, supposedly to end all ingrown nail problems. Fact is, I didn't go to see him for this problem and he talked me into it. He didn't address what I wanted to see about, diabetic shoes, and since he knew I was a diabetic, he might have taken into account that it would take a lot longer for both of my feet to heal at the same time. I left his office, barely ble to walk with my husband's help, and in tears because of the horror I saw when he let me look at my feet after he was through. It was bloody as hell, poorly wrapped and well, just messy, as if bandaged in a hurry by an amateur. The nails never came back in right, and the wounds he left festered and had to be constantly disinfected and walking became sheer hell for me. This "simple procedure" was, in my opinion botched, because now, the edges of those nail where he cut about 1/8th of an inch off of each side, well, they grow back, constantly, as a very sharp point that then pierces the flesh on each side of both feet, causing a much worse problem than any ingrown might have been. I'm not a doctor, and it is only my opinion, but people, I hate what this doctor did to me. If you see him, ask questions and think twice before letting him anywhere near you with a scalpel!
