We've been members there for years now. While this gym has the most space of any other gym in oroville. Which we have also checked out several different ones periodically. This gym is the most expensive, and they increased the fee for the daycare. Which we utilize in the summer when school is out. Our child enjoys it and when there is a person there to work in the kids club. It is great. The problem is, the majority of the time the person assigned to the kids club calls out. I'm understanding of a sick call. What perplexes me. Is why there are multiple ppl "working" behind the counter, and none of them seem to step up to keep the kids club open during a call out. Also, parents don't get a refund or credit on these days. I'm only giving three stars for this reason. However, there is one employee. Who consistently does an incredible job making sure the gym is clean and organized. I really need to ask the gentleman his name. In all the years we've been working out there, since he has been hired the gym has been incredibly organized. He is always very respectful, cleaning around when people are working out. Unprofessional staff. Dark haired girl at the front counter was very unconcerned with the issue I encountered! And she couldn't have possibly been more rude!! They let members bring In their dogs and have allow them to be on equipment the leg press and machines all have white dog hair all over machines are filthy. And I was locked out at 5am multiple times when I had work because the the staff didn't wake up. Front desk associates don't know anything and ask to come back when there is a manager. There was a ton of hidden fees and price raises. This is a cheap yet money hungry business and doesn't care for the safety or environment of their members! Good gym to go to. Nice people that works there. I would say though it's a little bit pricey and doesn't have some perks as of location such as indoor basketball courts and sauna. Also have to pay extra $10 for vip to get into other locations which kinda sucks when it's not already included. Other than that I recommend this place. read more

NS Fit is a joke. They don't take care of their customers. When you contact them with an issue they treat you like garbage. Try to cancel your membership and they rob you for another month of fees and when you tell them you won't be using your membership they tell you tough luck you still have to pay for the following month. I have been going to this gym from its start. As of December, they raised the prices for everyone to make it fair? That's not a big deal to me. I was told I would only be paying slightly more each month, so I re-signed. The reason for the poor review is that they never mentioned a processing fee until after I was charged. The sign up page made no mention of it and neither did the staff. I have left various voicemails to their customer service and even their staff at the gym have tried to contact them. Nothing. It has been a month now and nothing. Don't do business with them. Lords gym is great and so is anytime fitness. This gym is not worth the headache. read more

The staff is great. Nothing wrong with the customer service they provide, but whoever is in charge of equipment maintenance needs to get on top of their job. I'm a consistent active member, anytime equipment breaks or benches fall apart, it takes the company MONTHS before they replace/fix it. By the time they get around to fixing the equipment, one if not more machines are also in need of maintenance. And as of that wasn't enough almost all of tv's and hydro massage beds have been down for 6 months to a year now. It's not a horrible facility, it just need a ton of maintenance. read more

Super clean and nice equipment, most people that are working out here aren't complete meat heads which is a plus! You don't have to worry about them stealing all of the free weights and grunting loader than an elephant :) the front desk people are super awesome too, remembers peoples names and such! read more

Ns fit in Oroville has bad customer service my contract said I could cancel my membership without having to pay fees if I had medical problem or injured. I took my MRI my Doctor's notes and I went inside the staff said you have to call an 800 number in order to cancel. No Answer just a message. The website says Cancel in the gym. Still billing my account. I have a fractured femur . Crappy service. read more
