Dan and his technicians are very nasty people! Technicians came to my house to fix the refrigerator. They wanted payment right on the spot. They would provide a bill/statement. Dan, the manager got on the phone with my wife, Dan was also very nasty demanding payment without bill. My wife ended up having panic attack! Never use this company! I will sue this company and his techs and report the company to IRS and NY State taxation department. Their prices are very high just rip off!!!! They may repair appliances, but they do not remove or reinstall. You must do that yourself.

This place is a joke. I had a warranty service on my samsung refrigerator for the ice maker leaking a little water after it made ice. He came to my house and said it was because of hard water buildup. He took a picture of underneath my sink faucet and under the nosel that the water comes out of in the frig. He then tells me it won't be covered under warranty because it's not a manufacturer error it's my hard water. Let me stress the fact that this guy did nothing but take pictures and then tell me he knows whats wrong because he has been doing this for a long time. I tried to get someone else to come out but this company is THE ONLY company in the area that does this. They know they have you hostage because of this. I talked to other people and they have had the same person come out and fix there washer and told them it was because they were using too much soap detergent. That person had to have someone else from her family come out to fix it and they did fix the problem. I never write reviews I'm just not that person.....BUT i had to let everyone know to be aware because they will not only ruin your chances of having it covered by warranty they will charge you top dollar and lot's of labor cost to fix it. I now have to have my brother come out and fix my refrigerator. This is no right and companys like this need to be demolished. read more

If you can find anyone else to repair it or even repair it yourself, don't call these people. The front desk is polite and nice but the technicians don't do their work well. I should have learned the first time when I call them to replace a heating element in the dryer. The technician broke the shroud in the front of my machine using it as a step stool and it then took them 5 months to replace that. I gave them a second chance when the dishwasher quit heating. The technician replaced the heating element, did not check to see if the machine was working properly (it's not) and then gave a goof-ball statement about the temperature of the water coming out of my faucet needing to be lower. I will not call them again. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. There won't be a third. read more

Amazing place from the front desk person all the way to the service guys. I found this gem of a place when I was having trouble with another establishment repairing my dishwasher under a warranty. I took pictures of the part and video of what was happening walked into store showed both to a gentleman. Right then he knew what was wrong, what part I needed, ordered it and had it in within 2 days, plus showed me how to replace the part without and snide or rude judgements about me being a female. Today we had a service guy out for our washer and he was professional, polite, patient with our youngest and her questions and even helped us on how to transfer our extended warranties from one business to theirs without any problem. If ever you need appliances, because I still need a few, I will and you should purchase from here. Thank you NOT for everything. read more
