Worst experience I've had in terms of customer service, so much so that I had a booking but ended…read moreup walking out after 5 minutes and getting my first tattoo elsewhere. Started off by walking in and instead of being nicely greeted, I got weird stares by 3 guys at the desk whilst they finished their non work related convo. From then I just had sarcastic comments from one of the artists because I wanted to slightly customize 3 letters which actually had sentimental meaning. If it's your first tattoo and want it perfect I don't recommend skin & ink, they don't seem to be willing to sit down and discuss your ideas, especially if you're a first timer it seems.
