Carlos and Lauren did an amazing job with my daughter's Quinceanera. In the pre- photo shoot Carlos accommodated us by extending his time for an extra 30 minutes just to get the perfect shots. I know his time is valuable and it meant so much to me that he truly cared about the shots he was capturing. During the actual event Carlos and Lauren went above and beyond their role. We needed a back light for the father daughter silhouette dance and my Dj did not have one. Lauren said "we got you". They helped setup the lighting and the back drop (not part of their job). All night my guest kept saying how fun and friendly they both were, I had a family member assume they were family related they asked "how are we related to them?" lol we're not. They treated us so much like family that our family even felt it. I'm beyond pleased with their service and I'm so grateful to them. I can't wait to see the rest of my pictures. Just received my pre-shoot quince pics of my daughter at the Riverside Mission Inn and they are all freaking amazing and I cant wait to see how the final edited pics will turn out. I spent many hours/weeks looking for photographer/video for my daughters quince as I wanted the best. NuVibes has the best customer service. OMG!!! My daughter pic look AMAZING, at first I was so stress out Having a quince is a lot of work, lot of stress more than a wedding because your attempting to please your teenager which at time it's hard. I literally wanted to cry in the car meanwhile we were driving to the pre shoot. We were over an hour late, but Carlos is such an amazing guy. He waited until we got there, and he made it super clear, The pictures might not come out well due to weather, cloudy NO SUN & so much WIND.....however I'm willing to stay and give this a try only because it's a beautiful place and your daughter is all dress up. Prior to arriving to the location I called Lauren and she did a three way to call Carlos and talk about this weather, they attempt to look up future climate days for a possible pre shoot re due because the weather was UGLY but we keep hitting bumps on the road no clear sky eventually possible rain and my face was this not at them but this ugly funk of a weather that Cali had been having. So Carlos the professional that he is and understand guy he said am willing to stay and wait for you guys. He said I will attempt my best for this pre-shoot.....so I took a leap of faith and I still arrived at the Korean bell friendship in San Pedro.... When we got there, it was completely not a pre shoot climate/weather horrible windy and gloomy dark sky, however 15 to 20 minutes into the photoshoot it was a dam miracle. The sun came out for a good 1 1/2 hrs. It was meant to be and the pictures came out so good to the point that I had to add a banner for my daughter entrance so everyone can see my beautiful daughter face... am super happy to have hired them for my daughter pre-shoot and her quince soon to be this July 8th..... thank you thank you thank to them.
