Seems like some of the staff, not all but maybe some, could stand to be a bit more knowledgeable about what they sell, but I was shopping for cleaning solutions when I experienced that, and cleaners are probably the most complicated thing they sell - and beyond that, who cares? It's pipes and grinders, incense and Grateful Dead stickers.... You'll figure it out. Nothing to rave about, but no complaints - I'll go back here next time I need something.

I am starting to experiment with dripping soon as I am taking a class that they are now offering. YES!! They offer a class, with a discount on products as well as items you need to get started. I find it very responsible and exciting to find a place that is willing to have a class to teach you the basics of what you need to build safely and without damaging your equipment. Needless to say the staff's professionalism, knowledge and patience is what leads me to give them 5 stars.
