What an amazing company! I am a female living alone and someone was repeatedly tried to break in to my place an attack me-- the cops were far from helpful. I contacted NuAge to get cameras installed and explained the urgency of my situation- they understood and sent someone out immediately (within 30 minutes) and installed the cameras the very next day. These guys know how to do it right. I'm not tech savvy but I know how to hook up a modem, connect it to my router and then connect my computer to my router. So my wireless goes out and I buy and new router and nothing works. No connection to comcast, no signal from the router so I called NuAage. After setting up the appointment with them I get an email confirming my appointment for the next day. Nice touch. The technician, Eli, calls me and tells me he will be 10 minutes late to our appointment. How nice is that? Actually getting a call regardless of being late or early is thoughtful when most places give you a window of 5 hours for a visit. That's service. It took him 6 hours, about a dozen calls to comcast (they hung up about 11 times) and a trip to the comcast office to get a new modem but it all works great now. Friendly, helpful, not expensive. Great job. I'll use them again without hesitation for my flat screen mounting and a few other issues around the house. Keep it up, guys. read more

I use my home PC for a number of things including work. When my PC stopped working Friday morning, I panicked! I started researching companies and contacted a few, no one really got back to me in a reasonable time. NuAge PC, responded quickly and sympathetic to my panic. Guillermo called me and tried to triage the issue over the phone. Nothing was working. So he agreed to come out Saturday afternoon and fix my problem. First and foremost, he was on time! If you live in Miami long enough, you come to learn how unreliable service work is. So when someone shows up on time, its a big deal for me. It shows respect and professionalism well above the average. Guillermo identified my issue (really bad virus corrupted my system) and over the course of several hours go me back and running. He recommended much better antivirus and malware software, fixed an unrelated wifi issue i was having, and setup an external drive and backup drive. After he left, Guillermo worked on the PC remotely and even followed up with a phone call and text on Sunday to make sure everything was working as expected. I am 1000% satisfied and definitely recommend them to anyone having computer problems! read more

UNRELIABLE! BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. UNPROFESSIONAL I spent a week exchanges emails with Elliot to be sure he was informed about different mounts and experienced in installing flat screen TV. After many exchanges, i decided to use his service and scheduled an appointment. At 15 minutes past the scheduled time, i called - got his voicemail. At 30 minutes past, i called - hung up in voicemail. He called me back and asked "did i just call his vmail?" I told him we had appt and he sounded surprised, asked did i still want him to come, and said he was on his way and he was 20 minutes away. Well 45 minutes later and another few calles to him totally distroyed any trust or confidence i had in his professionalism. I certainly did not want to entrust thousands of dollars worth of electronics to someone who could not show up within a reasonable time and did not seem to care that he was wasting my time waiting for him or that this was bad customer service. No apology just excuses... traffic, festival slowing traffic....I cancelled the service call and called his competitor. read more
