A one star rating is not bad enough for this piece of shit company.
The management is Appalling the manager at the Salisbury base literally plays her employees against each other, stabs other employees in the back and picks and chooses which employees she allows to break policy and other regulations both company and state regulated and which she will throw the book at for making a mistake.
And she has her little inner circle that spy's on everyone else and purposely try's to get people in trouble.
And on top of that patient care by this company is terrible you would be better off letting a gangbanger take care of your family member then having NuCare (NoCare) care for you family member I've seen first hand the care given by these morons. They responded to a county trauma and did not follow any sort of trauma protocol or precautions. No assessment no spinal immobilization....nothing.
If your family member has to be transported for the love of god call Life Star or American TransMed or Miller.
All the hospitals and EMS agencies from Salisbury to Winston and Charlotte know just how truly terrible NuCare is.
And if you are a new emt or medic looking for a job, do not waste your time with them go straight county. read more
