Right at Hanbury street, the magic street where surprises are existing besides Brick Lane. Location: located on Hanbury street, there are actually two Nude Espresso spots. I was at the one with the red door. They have inside seatings as well as outdoor seatings. I love Nude espresso because they decorated well. Coffee: coffee culture is definitely not the same as American's coffee culture. In fact, they are more fluent in latte art, in coffee science and some magic tricks. I mean, srsly, what is Piscollo ? It means... espresso with milk,,, but how come it is not macchiato? Their latte art is awesome, the way they made it is different from how we made in USA. Coffee is strong as well Service: dude is absolutely awkward when I was asking the question, like I have never had coffee before. Price: cheap Overall: a must go-to spot if you are at Shoreditch! 4 stars

I'm sure there are plenty of good coffees to be had in London but it took us a trip all the way out to Shoreditch to get a cup. The scene here is similar to that of any hipster coffee shops in the States (think Portland or SF) but coffee was as good as it gets. The hubs is obsessed with finding good coffee whenever we visit new other cities and I think he was content here. The place gets packed but the workers were prompt in clearing up tables so the next patron can sit. The flat white (I'm sure there is a distinct difference however for me it was pretty much a small latte) was velvety smooth and certainly hit the spot since it was a cold and drizzly afternoon. I'd like to go back the next time I'm in London.

Coffee, good, food, good The Ethiopian chocolaty blend is great. Breakfast was so good. We had the smashed avocado on toast with hash and wild mushrooms #drool. The staff are super nice.

I love Shoreditch with its varied choice of eatery, and good coffee and this place did not disappoint. Settings in an open warehouse feel, which I really like. Open and airy. Ordered a flat white sheet they mixed the sugar in already for you.. Rich and smooth no bitter taste at all that's when you know your drinking good coffee.. They also do coffee to take home and lesson on how to be a barista in your own home... Check out the pictures as I took a picture for more info of you are interested. Definitely looking to come back to get some coffee grinded and to try out some of their baked goods.. Got a cookie today... Just sweet enough for my coffee good little place for a break from all the shopping at Spitalfields.

Chocolate & orange cake with flat white

I was wandering around on a day off, looking for a coffee shop and the Yelp app guided me there. Initially I just saw the big space they have which they use for trainings I think, across the road, which looked a bit impersonal but then I saw the smaller coffee shop so walked in. I ordered a flat white, and as the cakes they had on offer looked good I ordered a chocolate & orange one, which was really tasty. I don't call myself a coffee specialist but I liked the blend they use, so this was a good point as I've sometimes been disappointed by the quality of coffee in coffee shops. Maybe a warmer decor would make the place perfect but this is just a tiny details which does't take anything away from the quality of this place. I sat there reading for about 1h I think. The place was quiet which was really enjoyable! I think this is a good alternative to maybe busier coffee shops on Brick lane or Spitalfields.

Solid Cappuccino, a lil too much on the foam though. A-ok, not anything that I would run to town for, but they know what they're doing. Will have to return and try some of the pastries :P

Poached eggs with sausage and grilled halloumi

I love Shoreditch. Found Nude Espresso while wandering around looking for pay day brunch. Walked into their coffee house 1st, which was a very industrial open space where they roast their beans. They only do coffee and cakes so they directed me to the cafe across the road. Very convenient. The cafe was nice and open, and greeted with yummy counter full of cakes. Great menu. Was tempted by the banana bread with honeycomb butter. As I was after brunch ordered poached eggs with sausage, halloumi and hollandaise sauce. Was delicious and can't go wrong with halloumi. Would defiantly go back to the cafe or try the coffee house across the road. Cafe was really cozy just to pass some time doing some work or reading.

Such a good Americano!

Great espresso for London. Not quite as good as Sightglass or Fourbarrel in my hometown of SF, but getting pretty close!

Good coffee, the style maybe a little light? No frills ambiance, great service, good value, nice modem presentation. recommend.

As far as I can tell the best latte and flat white you can get in East London.

I am so disappointed that I have only just learned about this wonderful cafe!! I travel to London…read moreperiodically for work. On my last visit, a coworker told me about this little gem, which is not far from Lloyd's. It was a freezing cold day, I didn't have a coat, but I still went on the journey to Konditor & Cook. They have such a huge variety of cakes, brownies, and other sweet treats, along with coffees and other beverages. I got the lemon cake, which came highly recommended - it was amazing! I also had a hot chocolate (I don't drink coffee often), but my coworker had a latte and it looked good. This shop is now on my regular rotation in London...it's always a great day when you have cake for lunch!

I always stop into Konditor & Cook on the back of the Gherkin for a little treat when I'm craving…read moresome good homemade food. I know they are typically known for their cakes but the lunches here give you quick access to homemade classic dishes. I usually get the enchilladas, chili con carne, fish pie (super good!) or one of the daily quiches. The menu changes daily and there is rarely a time I don't find something to drool over. If you go I highly recommend the Boston Brownie, Raspberry Chequerboard Cake and the Millionaire Shortbread from the bakery. My only issue: Take the mushrooms out of the Mac n Cheese! Seriously, who puts mushrooms in mac n cheese???
