I was looking for a breakfast place in the area and found this place, which looks like a local chain. I was seated as soon as I arrived. For breakfast, I ordered an omelet with a side of bacon and pancakes and coffee. I was quite disappointed that the omelet lacks flavor. I tried to put salt on it, but it was really unsalvageable - good thing I ordered bacon, so it made up for the omelet's lack of salt. The pancake was fluffy and probably the only thing that made this visit bearable. The coffee was also quite diluted. The service was great, and the servers were accommodating. I just hope they can do something with the food. read more

Phenomenal service and very standard food. Every staff member we interacted with were kind, happy, and accommodating. The patio was great for a wake-me-up weekend breakfast and the dogs dining near were a treat. The food came out very quickly, which was PERFECT for our hungry group. Quite a few vegetarian options. Like others have said, the food is fairly bland, but the ingredients are fresh. It's something you could make at home, but the price is low enough to justify going out for it. read more

I normally like Nudy's but then again I only get their eggs benedict. This time I decided to go with a western omelette and was very disappointed, not only once but twice in one sitting. I requested that the onions and peppers be cooked. I HATE raw onions and peppers. What I got was raw onions and peppers in my omelette! I requested that they redo the omelette which was not better, still hard and there was NO taste to the omelette! I always assumed that omelettes were made with the eggs wrapped around the fillings and not cooked along with it, which I believe not only dries out the eggs but also over cooks the egg. This place has service nailed down- quick turnaround and regular check ins. Our last waitress was keen enough to get us all settled as a large party swarmed in and started to take all the attention. They can handle checks, boxes, ordering like pros and make that all very easy. Now if they could only find the salt and seasoning in their dishes it would be fantastic. I do not understand the lack of onions or any seasoning in their hash browns. Their wheat toast is scrumptious but I'm sure they don't make it on site. Their omelets are filling but again no real flavor beyond the eggs and fillings. It must work for them but real flavor would make this place spectacular. read more

This place is conveniently across the street from the office that I travel to for work frequently, so I've been there a few times. Most recently, I got the Oven Roasted Turkey Melt with fries. It was a solid sandwich. They gave a huge menu with a lot of classic American food. They don't seem to have issues splitting checks which I always appreciate. read more

We went here for late breakfast/lunch and I was quite surprised to see it pretty empty! Granted, it was Eagles Sunday. The restaurant is very quaint, but a little more basic than many of the other locations. Our food was very good. We got the cinnamon roll French toast, the California Benedict, and a Buffalo chicken wrap. I did feel like service was lacking, though. We had an issue with one of the dishes (which was only mildly annoying), but our server didn't come back for us to correct the issue. When he did return, he asked if we needed anything, we were done. Additionally, a different server came around for coffee refills and only had regular coffee. My friend was drinking decaf, but she said she wanted more of that. The guy never came back with the decaf. We all were out of drinks for a bit. It was survivable, though annoying. I would try here again, but I would prefer the other locations to this one. read more

Liz D. nailed the review as far as I can see. Staff was friendly and efficient. The food, with a little effort, could have been much better. Let's start with don't bother with the iced tea. I've had powdered mixes that were better. Hash browns are nice and crispy but they seem to be completely skipping the butter, salt, pepper and onion so they were not flavorful at all. The multigrain toast was good. The red pepper and goat cheese omlet was worth trying again. The California wrap was not. It was mostly lettuce and some tomato. A few and I mean a FEW pieces of chicken and some small, hard pieces of what appeared to be bacon but didn't taste like it, and after much looking we finally found one very skimpy slice of avacado. Only ate 1/2 of that wrap as it wasn't worth the effort. Fresh fruit side, well, should have stuck with the chips. read more

The "Cajun" chicken is just grilled chicken with a bunch of "cajun" spices dumped on it after being cooked so it literally just sits on it like a dust pile. Not marinated. Not spiced before cooking. I accidentally placed an order online for Nudy's at the grove instead of Nudy's Exton. I live about 3 mins away from the Exton location so I go there frequently. I talked to "Nick" on the phone at the Grove location and asked if I could cancel the order and send my order over to the Exton location. He told me no, but my food was ready at the grove. Yea, thanks bud, that's not what I was asking. I told them that I was a frequent customer and I know that it was a mistake on my part but was wondering if they could send the order over to the Exton. Keep in mind this happened about 6 months ago to me as well and they were able to transfer the order and were very friendly. I told this to Nick and he started citing "corporate policy." He was an absolute terrible listener and was extremely unhelpful. I will not be eating at any of the Nudy's location anymore. I hope that $13 omelette was worth losing a repeat customer over. read more

This is my first 1 star in 5 years of yelp elite. After an hour of waiting, we had to walk out without food and return to work starving. We arrived at 11:50AM and orders were taken around 12:05PM. At 12:20, we saw a different waitress running around re-taking orders for all the table that came in after us. I flagged her over and asked her to check that our order was in the system. She agreed and never came back. Around 12:25PM, I get my two drinks from my waitress and she assured us our food would come out soon. Fast forward to 12:30-12:55PM, every table around came in after us & had their food. One was ready for a check. I kept asking about our food. Eventually, a different waitress rushes over to ask us for our order so she can finally put it in the system. Its been over an hour, and we need to leave to resume work. Lunch break is only an hour long and we were already sitting here longer than that. We never really received the explanation or a true apology for the entire ordeal. read more

My husband and I come here every Sunday for breakfast. We started coming last year when things were still moving slower and it was nice because it was quaint. Now, the restaurant is bustling and always busy. The restaurant is grossly understaffed and has been for a long time. I understand the struggle, so I feel bad for them. Despite the lack of staff, the wait staff is always working really hard to do the most they can. I commend them for still coming to work, even though it's clearly frustrating to work in that atmosphere. read more

I ordered a BLT for take out. I order it at 1:00 pm and it didn't come out until 1:40 pm, which was double the time promised on their web site. Decided to order for pickup and my order said it was going to be ready at 8:50 am I got there and nothing, I waited 15 mins nothing so I approached the host and asked how much longer and she said it should be out soon, I waited a little more at 9:30 I asked how much longer cause I've been waiting 40mins now to what she said not much longer so I decided to sit at the bar 10 more mins and I hear the lady saying ok let's put Lorena's order in, and that shocked me! my order wasn't even being made in all of that time, so the 3 times I asked before they just lied saying it was coming when it wasn't even being prepared. When I hear that I asked is that my order you r just putting in when it should've been done and ready an hour ago? the lady which was very rude tells me with the worst attitude what do you wanna do? you can leave or you can wait... The food was good and comparable to the Frazer location but I can't say the same about the service. Servers were nowhere to be found and clearly not on the same page despite it not being busy. A server came to deliver us menus 10min after we had already ordered with our own. The table next to us sat ignored for 10+min then a server tried to deliver them food without ever taking their order. Our third entree came out nearly 10min after the first two, missing both sides. One side came after a reminder, the other never did. Had to ask for everything - silverware, salt & pepper, napkins. No refills of coffee or water. They clearly don't have their act together yet, the Frazer staff could teach them a thing or two. read more
