The free weight section is larger than any other club I have been in and the pool, sauna, steam room are an added plus. I saw someone earlier with a negative comment on here and had to set the record straight. They also…read morehave recently closed their creche so it is near on impossible for mums like me to go anymore unless you go when partners get home from work which is when it is really busy! They do have a swimming pool on site which always is really cold so again would not recommend it! On the up side there is a huge choice of classes and there is lots of equipment in the gym. If you go at peak time though expect to wait for a treadmill or bike.

The surgery is located on the church langley estate by the tescos. Can be a bit of a nightmare…read morearound 1530 when the primary school empties out as you can get stuck trying to get out of the car park. The wait for an appointment is usually quite long unless I am just unlucky. They do have a triage nurse system for cases classed as urgent. You have to call at 830 or 1400 and get put on the triage list, the triage nurse then calls you to see what your symptoms are and if she feels that you need to be seen she will make an appointment to see her, she can examine you and write out perscriptions they just have to be signed by a doctor. They are quite strict with the call times, if you call at 930 instead of 830 expect to be told to call back at 1400!! They also have a computerised booking in desk which speeds up your visit to the surgery as you do not have to queue at the reception desk just to tell them that you are there.

They are in the process of a refurb at the moment so it has been a bit chaotic in the A&E…read moredepartment. The new waiting area is clean and smart although the lights are extremely bright to the point that they hurt your eyes. The staff are all generally helpful especially the staff in pediatric A&E. I would recommend the maternity section of the hospital, the midwives were lovely.
