The vegan burger is just vegetarian unless you ask them to skip the cheese/cream. Great spoken English and English menus. Decor is trendy with blue lights, purple matte vinyl upholstery, and red placemats, reminds us of an a vampire lair (in a good way?). Half of the restaurant was reserved for a party of 30, so they can accommodate groups. I ate my vegetarian burger like a wild woman it was so amazing. The patty was loose and tomatoey and fantastic. The bread was glorious. My 8 yr old son's beef burger was so large it overwhelmed his little face and the meat was mixed with herbs he wasn't into. The fries were perfect and I had to stop myself from inhaling them. Their wine recommendation was spot on and tasted much more expensive then the 5 euros we paid for the glass. I don't usually write reviews this good, but finding a vegan dinner in France has been tough. (Lunch is easier)

The atmosphere is indeed a lounge, but Chef Jean is a masterful creator, blending a palate of flavors into intoxicating and mind bending original combinations that had us scrapping the bowls. This is seriously great cuisine. Artful, flavorful, and non-apologetic...and it should never be! When in France, how many Foie Gras, terrines, confit, boeuf du blah can you have before you wonder what the excitement is all about?
