As shown in picture two, the corner of the player's guide manual was heavily folded and creased, which never happens with a brand new, factory sealed product. Furthermore, looking at picture one, the included collectible coin was completely scratched up right out of the box. Someone clearly pre-opened this box, rummaged through it, and resealed it. When I called the store to report that they were distributing tampered products, they flat out refused to cooperate and stated they do not do refunds. I told the employee directly that I am filing a chargeback with my bank. Do not trust this establishment with collectibles. They are selling used, tampered goods as new and will refuse to take any responsibility when you call them out on it.
