There is no such thing as being "too fat" or "too skinny" for the meeting (unless of course you are told by a physician that you shouldn't go). I've tried many diet programs, including Jenny Craig and I have to say this is the most livable. It teaches you how to make the right choices and cook and portion on your own. Cons: People typically do not eat before weighing in so they end up bringing food and beverages with them and as a result you will see some stains on the carpet from spills.
