I am such a sucker for Middle Eastern flavors, so this place was literally heaven for me. I was a sugar-addicted child in a candy store. I got an assortment of dried fruits and goodies (halvah and chocolate covered nuts) - DIVINE. They have really hopped on the Dubai chocolate train. The worker slipped in a few few bars into my bag - I was so confused? but also this was the nicest surprise for me my first night of Boston :)

I came here specifically for their Dubai Chocolate strawberries in a cup! I've visited the Charles St location before for the Dubai chocolate and I was obsessed. The set up here is very similar with all the nuts, chocolates, and candies readily available for to-go. You can do it by weight or get the prepackaged version of each good... think you can mix & match? For the Dubai Chocolate Strawberries they have the strawberries already in the cup and then they add the kataifi + chocolate of choice (milk or dark) when you order. Price of $19, a little steep but I was in the mood for a sweet treat. It was pretty good; nice balance of strawberries, kataifi, + chocolate! Staff is very kind and helpful. Would come here again!

Stopped by on a Friday night. The worker was a bit strange, but was quite nice when serving my cup. I got the famous strawberry dubai chocolate with dark chocolate. It was a delicious sweet treat! The strawberries were fresh. It was $19.11 for the cup. So, this is on the pricey side. I wouldn't say it was the worth the money, but it did taste good.

They opened a branch at the Natick Mall and its fantastic! I had the baklava, peanut brittle, dried fruit (Turkish figs and Uzbeki apricots) and a chocolate with raspberry filling. All was yumtastic!! The service is amazing too. I am getting a few Ramadan gifts from here for certain.

I came to Nuts Factory because everyone kept recommending their famous Dubai chocolate, which is really popular these days. I decided to give it a try and ordered the cup with strawberries, it's about $20, but definitely worth it. It was absolutely delicious! I'd recommend sharing it with someone since it can get a bit too sweet if you eat it all by yourself. I also tried the Dubai chocolate bars they have in the fridge, and those were just as amazing

This is a family owned business and they make attempts to source everything locally from America, so there, by buying here you don't just "Eat good, Feel good", you also eat Local and feel patriotic ;). We got a bag of candied pralines after tasting them in the store. Didn't want too sweet and these were just right. Added a bag of dark chocolate with sea salt covered almonds, this was interesting ... For a short stop over tried quite a few samplers and enjoyed each one of them. Bruce was great is acknowledging what we needed and helping us find it. A cute little store with healthy nutty options ranging from coffee to toffee and everything in between. Do visit for that local flavor.

"Serving size 2 pieces. 4 servings per bag." Should be 8 pieces.

BUYER BEWARE!! They are scamming people with this product, and I'm sure many others. First when we asked the price, we were told $10. Then at the register it suddenly changed to $12. We opened the bag at home to find out they also lie on the packaging about the amount inside. As you'll see in the photo, multiply the serving size by amount of servings per package and there is supposed to be 8 pieces in the bag. Yet there was only 6 pieces. If you're thinking of buying these make sure they let you open and check the amount before you shell out your 12 bucks!

Came here specifically for Dubai chocolate just like most people. A lot of people in line for Dubai chocolate and also there is a fruit cup thing too. Line moved along quick. Got my Dubai chocolates to gift for Christmas. It is delicious. The pistachio cream and the crunchies make a big difference. Highly recommend. My coworkers and family likes it. What I will say is while these can keep for a few days, I wouldn't push it. The bar i saved for myself started leaking oil from the pistachio cream inside after a week from purchase. Still tastes good but you'll have oily fingers. This is located in a very busy area with not a lot of parking.

This place was massive. Sooo many candies, nuts, chocolates, dried fruit, and more. It is pretty expensive though. They have the trendy Dubai chocolate bar which my mom said was delicious. Although, it is NOT cheap- 20$ for one. Employees are very friendly.

Great selection of candy and nuts. Went to get the Dubai chocolate bars. Thought they were overrated and over priced. Wouldn't stop me from going back here and trying other things. Service was super friendly and helpful.

A lot of nuts! Friendly service. Went in right before the crowd came, so I was the only one in there which was nice (around 11:30am). Had to get the viral Strawberry Dubai Cup and Dubai chocolate bar. Approx prices: the cup was $18, the bar was $16, I also got some dubai chocolate dates to try for $15, and then a mango ice cream popsicle for $11. Spent about $60 dollars on the trip, so not for the faint of heart! But I can spin the chocolate wheel since I purchased over $50 of dubai chocolate and scored a free bag of nuts, which surprisingly turned out to be my favorite. The trip was expensive, but there is a lot of variety and everything is fresh, so worth the trip esp if dropping by for a souvenir. As for taste, I personally think dubai chocolate is a bit too sweet for me and I was expecting more pistachio taste, but I really liked the tahini crunch and thr strawberries were so sweet and yummy.. Definitely a try and a treat for yourself!

Nice spot on newbury street with a wide variety of sweets, nuts, and chocolate! We purely came for the Dubai chocolate strawberries, glad we tried it to see what the hype was about but for $20 I probably wouldn't purchase it again. Staff was really kind and they kept the lines moving so not waiting long!

My sister and I came here to try the viral Dubai chocolate covered strawberries...lol and yes they are a little pricey, but they are seriously so good!! It was worth it to us. The guy making the strawberries is funny. The store was playing great music and the Dubai chocolate bar itself is equally as incredible. We definitely want to come back next time my ister is in town. I would recommend this place especially if you are visiting Newbury Street!

Prices are misleading. Service slow. They list one price near the bulk items and charge you twice as much when you bring up the items.

Since it was summertime, we were able to sit outside in the courtyard out back. I had been to SRV before and had no idea this space was even there. It was tucked away, relaxed, and a great setting for dinner. I was pleased with just about everything that came to the table. There was one dish that simply wasn't doing it for us, but we didn't complain or ask for anything different. Then something happened that really stood out. The chef came out herself and mentioned that she noticed we barely touched that particular dish. She asked if she could send us something else instead. Sure enough, she did. That immediately took the service to another level. We never had to say a word. She noticed, cared enough to ask, and made sure we left happy. Looking back on this July 2020 visit, the food was creative, the courtyard was a nice surprise, but that level of attention from the chef is what I remember most. It turned a great dinner into a memorable one.

It was insanely slow. The starters were a little slow to come out, but nothing unusual. The entree, however, took probably close to 40 minutes to come out. We had so much time in between courses, by the time we go our food I was ready to leave. I also want to note that this was a Monday, they had a decent dinner rush, but it wasn't slammed. I have never experienced such slow timing with food before. I also work in the service industry, so it's a bummer to have to leave this review, but I was in genuine disbelief at how long it took. I understand things happen and maybe this was just a one-off thing, I hope it was! I wanted to get coffee and dessert but was so over it by the time we got our dinner, I didn't want to risk how much longer it would take. Unfortunately, because of how slow the service was and how long we were left there waiting, it made the dinner experience unenjoyable. Totally was not our servers fault! She and the whole staff were great, and everyone was so kind and friendly. Hoping to give this place another try one day. Definitely want to try their dessert if I decide to give them another chance.

I found the store covering the basics you would expect from a campus market, drinks, snacks, groceries, and a small pharmacy and beauty section, all in a space that is clean and well organized. The deli is the reason most people make a specific trip rather than just stopping in out of convenience. I looked at the sandwich menu, which runs to around fifty options, a serious selection for a campus deli, and the quality across the board was consistent. The bread options include choices like the asiago bagel that elevate what would otherwise be a standard build. Pricing on the sandwiches sits around eight to ten dollars, which is reasonable for the area and the portion size, and the breakfast sandwich selection in the mornings is a reliable start to the day. Outside of the deli, the pricing on grocery items runs higher than what I would pay at a full sized supermarket, which is the standard campus convenience store trade off. For emergency grocery runs or drinks and snacks it is practical, but for a regular grocery shop the prices add up in a way that makes it worth planning a trip to a larger store for the bulk of my shopping. For a convenient campus stop with a strong deli program, Wollaston's Market delivers exactly what it promises.
