Great customer service, the manager and owner are both hard workers, this is the only shop I know…read morethat opens early and stays open late, they are even open on holidays which Is great when you need cigarettes or vapes or even a last min gift. The manager is very friendly and builds a connection with each customer that walks in he is also very knowledgeable in many areas and will going out of his way to order you an item that is either sold out or not sold in the store.

My Girlfriend and I would go here all the time, it's close and convenient. We no longer go because…read moreof Sam. Tall creepy dude with glasses. When my lady would go without me he would touch hug and try to kiss her even after I rolled in and made it clear he should keep his distance. Months later my girlfriend and her friend wanted a new bong and ended up going there and made a purchase from Sam's wife of all people (wonder if she knows how he acts when shes not around). When she used it for the first time I noticed the bottom chamber had a leake. Figured no big deal, just go back for a refund or swap since nothing was broken, just a faulty glass job. At that point Sam was working and was an ass saying she broke it. After a horrible verbal exchange he ended up swapping the 160 dollar bong with two 60 dollar bongs and that's it. It's a shame because this place is great when Sam isn't working, he is the only reason we and many of my friends will never go there again. I recommend going to Discount Cigarettes near Albertsons, the owner and employees are great. Always stocked up and amazing deals.

So I walk in and I ask if they take the mobile coupon for cigarettes. I explained to the man that…read morethe lady (Kim) that was there last time said they didn't take them and since I was right there I'd try again. He said yes we do. I proceed to tell him I have about 6$ on my card left and would pay him the 50 cents in change since I didn't buy 10$ worth of merchandise. He looked at me and said your not worth it. I said excuse me. He said if you don't buy more then pack of cigarettes it's not worth me swiping your card. I kindly turned and told them your not worth my business then left cigarettes on counter and walked out. This is the third time that I have been into this store and someone there has been very rude to me. I guess they don't understand that we have 3 other cigarettes stores in Lompoc that prefer to give my business to anyways. Still don't understand how there in business with the attitude this store owner and employee has. Will never go back.
