I called the merchant but only received automatic text messages directing me to book online through Groupon. After 30 minutes of searching, I finally read the fine print on the ticket stating it was "by appointment only." We ended up leaving and doing something else in the area instead. I contacted Groupon and received a refund for one ticket, but not for the second. The merchant claims I redeemed the ticket with them, which is completely untrue. Despite my explanations, Groupon continues to side with the merchant, claiming they provided a service I never received. This business operates with poor ethics and should be held accountable. I'm still fighting to get my refund for the second ticket.

The staff was very helpful and assisted me with keeping the girls in order. There are 9 stations to out do any ordinary birthday party. There was manicure, makeup, hair, arts and crafts, a photo booth, dress up, two gaming stations and keoroke. All 15 girls found something to entertain them and where thrilled with the bus. The best part was there was no clean up for me, they left the bus and the mess left with them. I wasn't running around chasing girls or watching them either which was another major perk. In the words of my niece her birthday party was "lit" and the best birthday party ever! Seeing her excitement meant the world to me. I also added a teepee, a hot tea set up and the photographer. The photographer was scheduled to be there for an hour only, but showed up almost 30 mins before my party time was scheduled and some of my friends were nearly 30 mins late, so the photographer was asking if I wanted her to stay for 15 mins until they came so she did and we took pics for a few minutes. It would've been better if she had shown up right when the party was scheduled instead of earlier since my guests had not yet arrived and the picnic wasn't completely set up yet so I feel like I should have had more time with the photographer. I have not seen the photos yet (was told up to two weeks to receive them) so I may update my review then. The decor and set up was beautiful. There was a little wind, so i was told that there were "things" they wanted to set up but didn't because of the weather. Not sure what those items were but that's ok. They provided cups, plates and napkins, however no utensils are included so be sure to make plans for that. I ordered charcuterie boards from a separate company and since I hosted this picnic at my house I was lucky to have access to my kitchen and provide utensils for my guests. I found it a little odd that everything but utensils were provided. Overall this was a good event and I would recommend this company to others looking for a similar experience.

The City, State and Zip were totally screwed up and the return address (the company not the person having the party) was on the back. I don't know how the post office found my address. The envelope and enclosure paper were poor quality. I wonder how many people tossed it in the trash with the other junk mail.
