We have had several on-site managers since then and each one has been kind, attentive and responded quickly to any issues we've had with our unit. The women that staff the downtown office are the same. Easy to talk to, understanding and always quick to help us. Our building is clean, quiet and all the other tenants keep to themselves but would open their door to you in a pinch. The first apartment I ever rented to when I was 21 was managed by Brown Bros. and now at 71 maybe my last but they are the management company I trust and they have never let me down once. I might have to move to an apartment building with an elevator because of arthritis but it will have to be managed by Brown Bros and that's that! Thanks especially to Tim and Drew!
