These people/companies deserve it!!! Erin goes way past the extra mile. I never left my home in Monterey, California, at any time during the transaction. She ran all over the place to close the deal for us (to the city, to the title company (and set up the escrow in Cali so we could sign docs), to meet my tenants, to meet with inspectors at the property, she had excellent repairs folks at her fingertips (i.e., when the bank wanted electrical and plumbing fixed prior to funding/closing), etc.). Wheeew!.... That was a mouth full. She was there every step of the way. And she made it so we received over $10K more than I ever thought we would at closing (yep it was a nice house and she did not sell it cheap [She got us ALL the money on that one]). She was spot on with market values and her market strategy, and more...when all's I ever wanted to do was dump the fringing house and get it off our books. From the first day I called her to the day we closed; was only 67days, from listing the house, showing the house, etc., etc., etc. and did I mention she got us an EXTRA $10K plus ;-)....
