In re: Karen Kirtsos; Normally, I refuse to write reviews and do surveys because I feel they are a waste of my time and I sincerely believe that my comments are not relayed to the person being evaluated or to his/her immediate supervisor unless they are for the most part.................negative. Karen has been given the unenviable task of compiling detailed financial information for clients who are applying for a mortgage. I have dealt with numerous loan processers over the years who have gone about the finance process with a robotic and matter-of-fact attitude, and have absolutely NO underlying concern for their borrowers. We are still in the construction phase so the settlement process has not been completed, however, if it goes as well as the application and approval process we will be extremely happy.
