The greenhouse was installed Spring 2025. With the 1st major rain storm, the greenhouse leaked. The owner agreed to come fix the greenhouse late summer, but did not follow through. After more emails to come fix it, the owner responded Oct 2025 - "NW GreenPanels has closed its doors due to economic hardship and will no longer be able to provide customer service." I requested the owner at least explain how we can fix the leaks ourselves. The owner will not respond to this request. I am left out in the cold with a very expensive product that is less than 5 months old. The company is not a member of the Better Business Bureau. read more

I have had two greenhouses from Northwest green panels. The first one was at my home in Washington State I loved it it was beautiful they did a great job I never had any problems with it! However I moved to California and purchased another one which is even more beautiful than the first one and still no problems! These guys do a great professional job they're polite, they're professional and I would recommend them to anybody! I see a review from Kati and I just want to say your experience is totally not my experience and maybe you're just a little too picky or maybe couldn't afford it and are upset you spent the money I don't know but I highly recommend these guys! read more

We bought a new 8x16 greenhouse from them in 2022 and were happy with all aspects of the deal. It was delivered as ordered and professionally installed by their guys quickly and correctly. Everything was wonderful for the first year. But then some of the polycarbonate panels started yellowing, and there wasn't a way to clean them off. During the winter of 2023 there were some leaks in the roof, and a draft coming through tiny holes in some walls. Forward to spring 2024 when we tried to wash the panels and realized that the poly was bad - with holes in most of the panels! I left a phone message at the NW Green Panels office and quickly got a return call from the owner. That in itself was a pleasant surprise! He explained that they got poor quality poly, apparently made at the end of the pandemic. We all understand that issue unfortunately! The panels need to be installed with only the UV side up, but they were not correctly marked so the guys doing the work didn't always get that side up. The company moved from Terrebonne, OR to Oklahoma. They stood behind their product to the point where two guys brought new poly from Oklahoma to Oregon and completely re-built our greenhouse, at no cost to us. No doubt that was a VERY expensive process for the company, yet they did it because the owner has personal and professional integrity. We would all be happier customers with more companies like NW Green Panels. Support them! read more

We purchased an 8X28 Premium model greenhouse from NW Green Panels. Was delivered and installed in Lander, WY. Can't say enough about how happy we are with our greenhouse. It is absolutely beautiful. The design of this greenhouse is amazing. Their installers were very professional and put this quite large greenhouse up in a total time of less than 8 hours. They both worked quite well with each other. When a couple of minor glitches came up, they never complained, just tackled the problem and went right back to work. The Bayliss self-opening ridge vent is something to see in action. No electricity involved. We would definitely recommend NW Green Panels for anyone looking for a quality designed greenhouse made right here in the USA. Being made of cedar, it also smells amazing when you are inside of it. Update 3/29/23: It just keeps getting better (NOT)! 8 months after installation one of the double paned glass windows has failed--water between the panes. Also, there is ONE rule about installing double walled polycarbonate panels: NEVER install it horizontally. Guess what? all 24 linear feet of my ridge is installed horizontally which will grow mold if the water inside the channels doesn't freeze and burst them first. Avoid this company. read more

We have one of the first greenhouses that NW Greenpanels ever built. Still loving it after all these years. We had one small warranty issue that they handled promptly. We just ordered and received 4 raised bed planter boxes from them. Gorgeous! Can't wait to fill them and get our greenhouse babies in there. I don't normally post reviews but felt compelled to do so in the case of NW Green Panels (NWGP). They are a local business for me and when I decided to purchase a greenhouse in 2021, I looked at several different options (big box, internet, etc.). I loved the idea of using a local company and NWGP fit the aesthetic I wanted. And just a note to anyone out there considering a greenhouse, go to their website and take a look; you can probably get one! I think that's so great! When I placed my order, communication throughout the process was excellent. My greenhouse was installed and I loved it and still do. HOWEVER, what I want anyone who is looking to purchase a greenhouse to know about NWGP is that the customer really does matter to them and building a quality product is what they are all about. I say this because I did have issues after the initial installation of my greenhouse and when brought them to their attention, they absolutely made sure that my issues were addressed and rectified. In addition, and this is truly the amazing thing (at least for me), when my roof panels were damaged by a recent hail storm (Mother Nature at her best/act of God...whatever), I figured they would tell me the warranty didn't cover that. Well, I was wrong! I was dreading the thought of what getting new panels would entail and the associated cost to install them as the whole roof structure was impacted. They did not blink an eye. I happened to go to the Home and Garden Show in Redmond and they were there with some of their latest greenhouse models. Ashleigh Sheppard (Sales and Marketing Manager) was their and the first thing out of her mouth when I told her what happened was, "We will take care of you. It's covered". She then proceeded to get my contact information. The owner of the company (Jeff Sagner) happened to arrive while I was there and he confirmed that they would take care of the issue. I guess I am so used to companies trying to avoid taking responsibility and trying to find ways NOT to honor their warranties, that I didn't have any great expectations. She was able to confirm my information on the spot and she and Jeff advised that the repair would be a priority and they have. One of their long-term employees (Luis) came out to the house the following week, assessed the damage and they are working with me to get the work scheduled as soon as possible taking into consideration their workload and my time constraints. He was so pleasant and knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. What an absolute pleasure it has been to deal with NWGP. Things don't always go smoothly and there can be problems. It happens. BUT, what truly stands out about NWGP, is their commitment to their customers, building a great product AND making it right when something goes wrong! We did not have the right wood base but they came back and put one in for me! They are great to work with and I would highly recommend this company! read more

About a year ago we went to the Portland Home Show not planning on buying a greenhouse, but when we saw NW Green Panels' beautiful floor model, we bought it on a whim. The quality was obvious, it had a great look, and the business owners were obviously passionate about quality and customer service.. The lead time for installation was about 12 weeks, but it was worth the wait! The green house looks beautiful in front of our house, and Zeb (co-owner) and his crew did a very professional job on installation. About a month ago we accidentally broke a shelf by climbing on it (time for a diet...), and earlier in the winter a freak windstorm had shifted the greenhouse on its foundation. We let Zeb know what had happened, and in a few days he and his crew slipped in and fixed and reinforced the shelf, repositioned the greenhouse and bolted it to the foundation. What great after care, at no cost! This is a great company, and we recommend it wholeheartedly! read more

It's a 2 only because the design is really cool. But ours collapsed the first winter. In fairness, the sales manager has been good to deal with but the organization and execution of getting it repaired has been terrible. I requested a phone call from the owner, who sold it to us, but was told he was busy. Finally, after they were not only late but didn't send everything needed for the repairs I put a review on social media. It was fair and factual. I did finally get the call from the owner but it was not to resolve anything. it was to chew my ass for sharing that our greenhouse collapsed with the public. I, the customer, had to try to talk him, the owner, off the emotional ledge. The correct materials are supposedly on the way but he company will no longer respond to us so we are on our own in figuring out repairs. In fairness, if you are in an area without a snow load, and you have no complications, these greenhouses are really cool. I completely understand the positive reviews on the greenhouse itself. read more

I have had a nightmare waiting for delivery with 3 promised dates and then morning of reasons (excuses?) why it wasn't happening. I had made arrangements to be home from work on those days and that was a problem too. Zeb has not been upfront with me despite several attempts to find out the "real" story. I heard that he's had other problems so he is not the guy to deal with at the company. read more
