Unbeknownst to us, the buyer's realtor had sent him over for a roof inspection and he was a total asshat to my MIL when he showed up. She answered the door and, not knowing who he was, asked how she could help him. He condescendingly told her he was there to inspect the roof and she advised she wasn't aware of it. She asked for a moment to call me, as she was not the property owner and didn't want to make a decision without speaking to me. He rudely asked her "Well do you want me to inspect the roof or not??" When she responded and said she needed to give me a call, he stated that he had things to do and that he wasn't going to be coming back if he couldn't get up there. My MIL tried to call me but he literally left before she could get ahold of me. Our Ring camera caught the whole thing and I couldn't believe the audacity. I wouldn't hire this guy to sweep rainwater. Throw your money at another, more well deserving, appreciative business man.

Jordan conducted a thorough inspection and quickly offered a highly competitive bid. He was responsive, attentive and trustworthy throughout my project. Gotta say, a core strength of Western is its crew of workers and supervisor Bryce. Everyone was diligent, hard-working, efficient and good-natured. They performed as a well-coordinated team that clearly knew how to go about replacing a roof. I learned that their lead, Miguel, has replaced more than 500 roofs working for Jordan. Replacing a roof is a noisy, messy and chaotic time but Jordan's team was always calm and in control like they've "been there, done that" many times before. It was very reassuring to watch them work. They completed the job in 2 days under scorching heat without a hitch or complaints. I would call Jordan for any construction need in the future. Highly recommended contractor and team of workers.
