NOT ONLY WAS THE GUN RETURNED OFF SAFTEY WITH NO MAGAZINE BUT IT WAS DEPLETED OF 3000"PSI in air and 100% broken if you pawn an ITEM HERE BE PREPARED FOR IT TO BE TREATED LIKE DIRT! USED BY THE OWNERS FOR THEIR ENTERTAINMENT and broken with no regayes. APPARENTLY they cracked off over 50 rounds with my gun STOLE THE MAG and BROKE IT, (it explains why they wanted the air pump too) I didn't even make it to the car when I realized something was wrong. I confronted them and the shop owner lied STR8 to my face and said it was only fired once to "see if it worked" BULLSH*T. I get home to find No Mag. I will be filing a police report DONT EVER GO HERE AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS !

Now the reason for the review: After buying a second house in Laconia last Nov, I was excited to learn the local hardware store, Boulia Gorrell was in fact a Benson's owned store. Our new house needed a full bathroom gut and remodel. My wife and I met with a salesman in their Kitchen & Bath design Center. He came to the house, drew pictures, took dimensions and referred us to a contractor. Although it seemed odd when he said we would contract the job directly with the builder/ contractor we decided to give it a go. Wayne, from Boulia Gorrell said he would be back in contact to help advise and coordinate the design part of the job. We NEVER heard back from him. We did have a few additional meetings with the contractor he recommended. He "appeared" to have the necessary experience and at first was very prompt following up. Then things changed. Excuse after excuse as to why he was late responding, why he hadn't had time to provide a quote and so on. You get the picture. Obvious red flags. Needless to say, we discontinued discussions and found a very reputable bath remodel company who we ended up hiring. BTW we were very happy with the results. The moral of the story - beware of using the Boulia Gorrell design center. Not sure how they stay in business with their lack of focus on customers who spend almost $20k. Not one bit of materials or supplies were purchased for this job from BG.

Came back for my exam in September of this year and told them I still could see out of my $500 pair of glasses. Again... get used to them. And they weren't under warranty because it was past one year. Lab won't honor it. McManus owns the place. He should and could have handled this differently and made me a happy customer. C stands for customer. But nope. I picked up my unfixed glasses. Will take them to sams club and will not be back in his office again. Do NOT recommend him.
