(I will update my rating after school starts up again.) So far I like that the kids can come at any time on any or all of the five days that it is open and can get one-on-one help with tutors for the entire 1 hour session if they want it. I also like that at the end of each session a progress report for each kid is provided to the parent which tells what the kids worked on, what they have accomplished and what they need to work on. The kids get instant rewards for completing session work to keep them motivated, and also earn "cards" they can save up and exchange for prizes in the future. The facility is always clean and orderly, and the people who work there are friendly and helpful. If you have more than one kid enrolled at a time there is a discount on the others. The owner is very nice and works with the kids as well.

Primrose School of Rogers at Pinnacle Hills has been such a blessing for us and our son. We couldn't have been happier with the experiences we've had at Primrose. Specifically the communication from the teachers and staff is amazing. We receive daily updates on what he eats, his lessons, his engagement, and updates on events happening through the week. In addition, one of the best features of the app that they use is receiving photos. I know I'm preaching to the parent choir here, but I can't explain how uplifting it can be to receive a photo of your child smiling and engaged in the middle of the day while you're at work. In addition, the level of care and attention provided by the teachers is so refreshing and inspiring. Specifically, they take the time to write personal notes and letters and Happy Grams to our son. This truly shows that they care about my son and are interested in his Social and Emotional Learning (SEL). The only disappointment that I have to write is that this will be our son's last year here - only because he is in the Kindergarten class and that's as far as he can go!
