If you need something fast a reliable and are not sure about what will happen with a random Taxi driver (will they take you to Newark for instance or refuse the fare or if it raining and you can't find a uber), then these are the guys for you. We had to get to the airport and it was the end of a long trip. So we called them and just two hours before they were able to fine us a really nice Suburban with a friendly driver (Angel). I worked with NYC Executive Limo to book complicated car service for my exec for two days in NYC and CT. The dispatch team was great. They responded quickly and professionally when the customer meeting location was changed not once, but twice. Detailed confirmations were emailed to me right away as well including the vehicle type. The only downside was the extra $20 for meeting my VP at baggage claim but all in all, great service, clean car, and reasonable pricing otherwise for the city. Got to La Guardia ( which I don't recommend to anyone by the way it's a total disaster) got to the lot where they hold all the private hires. Last week I called a few NYC-area limo companies to see if I could reserve a Mercedes S Class or similar such car for a night out with my girlfriend. Gary had the best quote in town, including tax/tip/fees, for a black Mercedes S550 for 3 hours at my direction. The driver, Khaled, messaged me via whatsapp 15 minutes before the scheduled pick-up time and said he was in the area and ready to go at my request. I specified the location, and he was there right on time, standing outside the car on the lookout for me. I was greeted with a smile and a handshake, the rear passenger door was opened for me, and we were off before I knew it. The car was spotless, temperature was perfect, music was at a respectable volume, and Khaled expertly navigated Manhattan traffic at rush hour. We had three stops over the course of the evening. For each drop-off, Khaled found a safe parking spot and opened the door for us. For each pick-up, he was always parked out front ready to open the door for us. Overall, NYC Executive Limo lived up to their 5-star Yelp rating and I am thrilled that I had the opportunity to use their services. I generally book 2 or 3 chauffeured cars per year for different events or nights out, and will absolutely be using their service again. A few recommendations for anyone thinking of booking with this service: 1) Call first. It was nice to speak with a human being (Gary) and explain what I was looking for and find out what he had to offer. He is very communicative and happy to help get you what you need. 2) When filling out the online form, be as specific as possible. Having booked cars in the past, it seems that the more information you can give, the better your experience will be. I made sure to list the address of each one of my stops in the order that I wanted to reach them. As a result, once I got in the car, Khaled went over the itinerary with me for confirmation, and I never needed to give him another direction again for the rest of the evening. No fumbling with google maps, no giving directions. I got to sit back and enjoy the ride with my date, and Khaled handled the driving. It is always a good sign when your driver has done their due diligence and mapped out their route in advance. Khaled clearly had, and I appreciate that. 3) Communicate. Gary and/or your driver cannot read your mind. Tell them what you would like, and based on my experience, they will deliver. I chose this company for my wedding in late June, based on the great reviews I read. Happy with the cheaper than average rates they offered, we rented two limos, one for the bridesmaids and one for the groomsmen. After our driver let us try everything to get music on for a while, with no luck, he finally passed back a wireless speaker. He told us the radio JUST broke. We had a half an hour drive left, and when we asked to put the AC on, it was a sunny day and quite hot in the limo, he told us it was on, to the max. We tried to get a water- but there were only 2 bottles in the bar for 10 people. My bridal party, my parents and mother in law literally started eating the ice chips from the bar cooler, we were so hot and thirsty! It's not practical to carry three suitcase on a business trip and not use a car service. If you have 3 people and 9 luggage, the SUV option is the way to go for about $170 including all tax, tolls, fees, and tip. I love subways and cutting through traffic, but to get to any airport, I recommend considering car service. My main priority is always to not miss my flight. It was on-time and the service was good. The best first ride ever I've dealt with a lot of limo companies over the past 20 years. Many of them make a good first impression, some make a horrible first expression (I have a few horror stories from NYC-area limo companies). But NYC Executive Limo lived up to its 5-star by giving us the best first ride I've ever had with any limo company. Our driver Gary was very communicative from the moment we landed. We had reserved a sedan, but Gary showed up curbside with a beautiful Cadillac Escalade ESV Platinum, a big smile, and a great disposition. Gary drove us from JFK to the Le Parker Meridien in Manhattan safely and comfortably, providing witty banter and useful information along the way. We later found out that he is the owner of the company, and that he was driving on a Sunday because two of the drivers who were scheduled to work that day had family emergencies so he gave them the day off. We also found out that they regularly upgrade customers to larger and more luxurious vehicles if they are not already reserved. How nice is that? This is the 5th different limo company I've tried in NYC, and, as long as they keep providing such excellent service, they're going to be the last NYC limo company I'll ever use. I recently made good on a promise I made to my Grand nephew- taking him to New York for his 16th Birthday- he had never been there- but was otherwise well traveled for his age and comfortable in good restaurants. So I researched these folks., and booked my pickup and his with them,. He was going to fly into Newark with his dad on a Tuesday evening. In addition- they met me at Kennedy that same evening- on time and drove me to my Hotel in Manhattan. Their Website said to tip the driver in cash-- but when I attempted to- he tried to refuse saying it would automatically be charged to my online prearranged Credit Card- but I insisted that the website said to tip him that way- he turned out to be correct- when I was emailed the bill later that evening- there was a tip charged- I immediately emailed back a sarcastic "Thank You" given the Website instructions- and that I was out a $20- 2 minutes later a new bill came with the Tip deleted- Such honesty- in NY !!!! WOW....(Note it was NOT the Driver's fault - he tried to correct me) I booked them to pick up my nephew at his Newark Airport Hotel at 7:30 am the next morning. I asked them, online at their site, to call me when they were 10 minutes from my hotel- and they did! My nephew arrived safe & sound, and on time to get Downtown for our first tour- The third order was to pick us up both up at 9:30 am the following Saturday to go to Newark for flights home- they were on time again. At all times the drivers were professional, courteous, and the town-cars/Escalades clean and well maintained- (unlike another experience with a different vendor I had 3 years ago when I thought the car was going to fall apart!)
