I have never felt compeled to write a review until now and I never sign up for sites where i have to give my email but I feel it is my duty to share my experience with NYC power washing. Mohamed came to my home to assess the job and we agreed upon a price and a time to power wash my entire home. He explained how everthing would be done and was very knowledgable. The day came and he arrived on time and started working on the job. His attention to detail was impeccable and you could tell he takes pride in his work. After working on a portion of the house he called me over to explain the siding was discolored rather than dirty and that the chemicals used would not get it out. He then said that he would reduce the agreed upon price due to the face he wouldnt need to use the cemicals. I was floored by his honesty. He totally didnt have to tell me as I would never have known. This is a man of high moral fiber and work ethic that you cannot find today. The finished job was more than I hoped for. He even powerwashed my chairs! I will gladlly be a reference for nyc power wash. If this is duplicate post i apologize. I am not familiar with these type of postings read more

We called Mohammad for an estimate to wash or concrete pavers that were in really rough shape. we had considered just ripping them out on several occasions as we weren't even sure if cleaning them would have worked. Mohammad came over the same day we called (a saturday!) and gave us such a fair price we decided to give cleaning a shot. The next day he showed up with one of his guys exactly on time and got right to work. They were incredibly careful to protect our apartment and the outdoor furniture and plants and we are so grateful for that. They worked quickly and efficiently and got the job done in under 2 hours. The results far exceed anything we could have imagined. Our terrible pavers now look great! I manage a brownstone converted hotel in Gramercy and we have a couple outdoor spaces and as winter ended and the snow melted, the filth was left behind. I went searching on yelp and came across a few different options, NYC power wash being one. I have a million things on my to-do list everyday, so a quick text correspondence is ideal. Mohammad was so gracious and quick and we set everything up in about 5 minutes. He did not even come inside, he was where he said he would be at 10am, in the rain, washin' away. I would highly recommend him and his colleagues and will definitely use him again next spring. What a great power washing company. These guys were so professional and polite. They showed up on time, had all the gear ready to go and did not stop till they left. I had my driveway, walkway, backyard patio, front steps, and sidewalk, siding of my house, windows and even my patio furntiture done. NYC Power Wash was very through. Everything they touched was sparkling. I was really impressed and that is very hard to do. They traveled all the way from Brooklyn to my home in Long Island. Listen...don't know these guys...never heard of them...just took a chance and choose them because of all the 5 star reviews ...I'm happy I did. I had a mess and it was bad. I of course was figuring out how to do it myself or cheap. Then I was reminded what someone once told. me. If it's something you're not an expert leave it to a professional. Simple but really really true. So I took a chance and called them up. There's no way they could of been quicker, courteous, efficient and clean. I hired nyc power wash to powerwash and stain my hardwood deck which was looking pretty worn and am thrilled with the job. Mohammed promised great service and he delivered. I planned on getting a few quotes but once I met Mohammed, I didn't look further. He gave me a very fair price and it was clear at the outset that he has significant experience in this type of work. My musical colleague's brownstones' bricks were extremely discolored and chipping (as there were painted in the '80s). As opposed to getting the bricks repainted we decided to first get them cleaned.
