You will receive extremely personalized attention coupled with an appropriate degree of compassion. Tracy is the lead of the squad, and dare I say that she is a Type "A" personality, which stands for ambitious, aggressive and attentive to detail. She does not offer false promises to obtain your business, but has plenty of experience to back up what she does offer. She also responds to each case in a time sensitive manner and gets you the results you want in flash record time. If it can be done, she will do it with a plethora of resources and connections at her disposal. She is convincing and compelling toward subjects and other parties in order to retrieve the valuable information you seek. I cannot recommend Tracy Spada of Creative Investigations highly enough because my opinion is that there is not any comparison between her and others in the field of investigations. Her will to succeed on your behalf surpasses any other professional investigator and truly sets her apart from the rest. Though I hesitate to bring an issue of gender to the table, I cannot dismiss the fact that having a woman investigate my case was the best decision I could have made, and I say this after having employed numerous male investigators for different cases who all had an initial good talk, but not only did not deliver, but could not have cared less whether they achieved the objective of my case. Creative Investigations is located in Upland, California, but I strongly urge anyone, anywhere to give them a call for a consultation on any matter. Here's my story/experience: The person who I was looking for was "off the radar screen." I had spent two full days of legwork (gas + hotel, too) and internet research, thinking I could find him on my own, but it was a bust. I found Creative Investigations on the internet. They sounded real and were relatively local. After a phone call, I met up with Tracy the next day at a coffee shop, gave her everything I knew about the person for whom I was searching, signed a clear contract, and paid $120 by check. Tracy kept me informed at every juncture, providing enough detail that I had full assurance that she was really "on it." She used texts, email, and calls to keep me updated. I was amazed at the resources that she has available to use in finding a person. I was also convinced that a woman can probably do this investigative work in a way superior to men, given that a woman can be more naturally "disarming" if she wants to and thereby pull information from sources where a man might not find it as easy to do. Tracy found the person who was far away from where I thought. I never would have found him. Tracy served him, and we met to exchange her Proof of Service forms for the balance (which came out to be about $380 -- EXTREMELY reasonable, considering the driving and legwork that Tracy put into the job, and considering that the lawsuit is not for peanuts. Creative Investigations has my highest recommendation. I give Tracy permission to give my phone number to anyone who wants to talk directly to me regarding my experience.

He responds fairly quickly and reached out to me during the weekend as well. I have conversed with other private investigators when doing research, but Brian was the one who communicated in the most empathetic and heartwarming manner (and understands the client's difficult position). To put it into perspective: my attorney had previously hired a process server who spent an entire month trying--and failing--to locate and serve the defendant in my case.
