Best service ever. Found out about this cleaner as my previous location I would visit was closed. I read the reviews and decided to give it a try. Not disappointed at all. I took 2 dresses and a white jumpsuit. The white jumpsuit was returned spotless. The service is amazing, very friendly, and customer oriented they really try to get to know you. And the price for the service is very well worth it. I made the horrible decision of throwing my parka Canada Goose jacket in the washer and was in a panic because I thought I completely ruined my jacket. Love this guy, love the business. I moved to Berwyn about a year ago. I found this place via Yelp. Brought a bunch of stuff in - some pants to be altered, curtains and suit jackets to be cleaned. He did a great job and it only took him a week (considering I brought in so many items). I also liked that the smell was not strong. I hung everything in the basement, just in case, but did not notice a strong "dry clean odor" at all! I have even been back again with another set of curtains. Highly recommended. I've been to a couple of the dry cleaner facilities in Berwyn, and by far this location is the best. Friendly and sincere people greet you the moment you walk in. Your clothes are handled gently and are immediately placed together so that they aren't separated. What I really like about this place is that you are given a receipt for your clothes right then and there, and the receipt includes the total amount due. I love knowing right off the bat how much I need to pay when I come to pick up my clothes, as opposed to having to wait a week to get my clothes and then suffer a near coronary when I see the bill. The owner was even nice enough to help me not only carry my clothes to my car, but he also hung the clothes up neatly in my car for me as well! Now that's what I call quality service!! My clothes were not only clean, but also starched and pressed very well. They were hung on quality hangers and were also covered in plastic. This location is open pretty late during the week (up until 7pm) and even has a drive through service. If you want to truly feel like an appreciated customer, bring your clothes to O'Brien's! read more

I heard about this place from my father maybe a decade ago and found the drive-thru gimmick really neat (as most kids would, I'm assuming), but I never really paid much mind to the business itself.
