I've been coming here since Bw3 closed a few of my friends live in the area so we meet up here for a few drinks. At a table or at the bar. Bar service is attentive same with at the tables. Plenty of tvs for any of the games. Bring a good appetite the appetizers are tasty and generous. 31/2025 Food 5 Ambiance 5 Service 5 Location 4 Value 5

I was looking for a good Irish Pub, and I am ashamed of myself for not coming here sooner! Greeted right off the bat by the friendly and jovial bartender, Brendan. We got him practicing up for St. Paddy's Day and pouring up all types of Guinness. We started up with the standard, went to a Half and Half (Half Guinness/Half Harp), and finally the Blacksmith (Half Guinness/Half Smithwicks). Brendan poured them perfectly. He even introduced us to the Baby Guinness shot, and those are a definite St. Paddy Day staple. Food looked good, but we were on the liquid lunch diet. We will be back to try some pub food another time. Stop in for friendly atmosphere and good conversation.

Returned to ODs for the first time in a long time, and it was a blast, per usual. They're the go-to spot for Memorial Day in Elm Grove! We posted up there to watch the parade go by. They were having their annual outdoor party with tables filling the parking lot, live music under a big outdoor tent, beer stands, and good vibes. We ordered a few burgers which came out quick - shockingly given how busy it was. They hit the spot. Oh and they had a BYO-bloody mary bar which we indulged in. Love their bloodies! I think the best part about this pub is that it gives such a communal feel. Everyone knows each other and the owners are super sweet. Definitely a small-town spot I would recommend.

We went here for a Friday night to end February. It had a great amount of larger tables for 7. The waitress was nice. We got no appetizers but the corned beef rolls looked & sounded great. We all 7 got a Friday Fish Fry. Perch was mine & my fiancé's selection. I loved it because it came out in small pieces. I'd say between the Cod, Perch, Walleye, or Gluegill I'd say 1) Perch 2) Walleye 3) Cod 4) Bluegill but honestly couldn't go wrong with either. I rarely get a take home box but it was enough that I added my remaining 3 pieces into my fiancé's box. I love the baskets the fish & chips are served in. Very quaint to Irish/England Pubs. The marble rye was thick & large portions. Honestly, for $17 you get a great deal worth of food considering inflation. The waitress was even kind enough to bring an extra basket of fries when she realized they gave one of the guests Sweet Potato instead of Regular fries. Honestly, we ended up putting the extra fries into the 3 carry out boxes. The servings are great sizes!! There was also live music on a Friday night.

Stopped in here for a quick bite before our 7:00 show at Sunset Playhouse. Our waitress was fun, friendly and helpful. The cod fish fry, Irish Reuben witn sweet potato fries and Shepherd's Pie were all very good, although personally I would ask them to hold the cheese topping on the Shepherd's Pie next time.

Went O'Donoghues after a Brewers game! Prompt service and a very friendly, hometown vibe. The Jamie sauce... a hidden gem... a must order for any table. Caution: the Jamie sauce is a little spicy, but pairs well with french fries & chicken tenders! The Ruben roll ups were delicious! Drinks were also very good! There is both indoor and outdoor seating, which accommodates for any size group! Will definitely be going back!

This place is horrible. The waitress was quite hostile and rude, and the food was atrocious. Almost all of us ordered a fish fry and all the fish was hard, dry, and tasteless (especially the perch which was rock solid). They brought us soup as well, which was cold. We asked the waitress about the food and she got very defensive and was not helpful and caring when we didn't like our food. The bartender was great, she came over and helped with our issues and apologized, because by then our waitress was completely ignoring us. Would not recommend this place to anyone if you're looking for food, but the bar ambience looked fun.

The place has this medieval theme with a suit of metal and other pieces on the walls. The place has a small bar with a few tables, gaming machines etc. They have a unique shot game with numbered brown paper bags and a dice you throw which determines what you get, you have no idea of what you get and the bartender doesn't either. A 1 one a 6 on the dice gets you your choice of the brown bag and 2 through 5 you have to drink that bag. They also have a card game Tommy was playing with customers that I have never seen that people were excited to watch and in the end took $1 from the customer. Tommy was my bartender who knows how to pour a drink but didn't understand the gin Rickey and made it with a lemon after I told him twice how to make it, he promptly fixed that. The place is all regulars coming and going who don't live in the neighborhood because one guy lives in my neighborhood so people make the drive. Overall it's a unique dive bar with decent prices and friendly people.

The first thing that put us off was the seating. The restaurant wasn't busy, as it was around 4 pm, and there was plenty of seating. I am temporarily and obviously handicapped, yet the host took us way to the back of the restaurant, up some stairs, and to an elevated booth - why, when seating was available at the front and others were seated there? Our booth's table hadn't been cleaned and the banquette on my husband's side had crumbs all over and a glop of wet ketchup. Our sodas came very promptly, and we ordered and it took perhaps 15 minutes for our food. My husband did like his burger, and it was cooked to order. The French fries, though, were dry and not hot, just barely warm. He also got a cup of coleslaw, which he took home. I had a house side salad, which was good, accompanied by a bowl of soup. The soup was tepid at best and had a skin already formed on the surface; it was also the wrong flavor. I had ordered chicken tortilla and got clam chowder. I asked for the right soup, and for it to be hot; after waiting for 7 minutes, it was delivered, but I once again received clam chowder! I like clam chowder, and as I didn't see the server, I just ate it, and it was good - and hot. But still. What struck us as being very unprofessional was a cluster of between 5 and 7 servers, all hanging around a table playing with their phones and talking and laughing loudly amongst themselves. That just didn't leave a good impression with us. And the coleslaw my husband took home? He decided to eat it after having it in the fridge at home a couple hours, and it had a rancid, sour, spoiled taste. Not going back to BJ's, for sure!!
