When I arrived at the O Laundry i was greeted by the owner. She came out to my car and helped me unload a very large amount of laundry. 5 large washers full of heavy towels and blankets along with 2 weeks of my clothes and linens. The building was clean and neat with several different areas to sit. The furniture was moveable. I was very tired towards the end and i used a convenient bar stool type chair to fold all my laundry. This store does not take quarters. They issue a card that you load and use at each machine. Free dry is included. I was impressed with the attention to detail and the kind attitude of the owner. You don't see this in the usual 99% self serve laundromats I recommend this business. read more

Owner/Management is rude and WRONG. Dryers ruined my clothes, all I asked was for a rewash/re-dry, but nope. Cuz apparently I wanted my clothes to look like it got ran over by a golf cart after the dryer. Go down the street to the Wash N Dry on Pioneer Parkway, I left pics of the place. Like something out of a Mike Hammer novel. Ceiling lights flickering in a dusky haze of humidity. Owner doesn't seem to care. All doors open in a mildly wet heat and fans slicing thru the air like if they did their job, everything would get better. Have to buy a card to use machines. If you're from out of town, you're SO; the card is yours. What happened to good old quarters or dollars?!?? I just wanted to come in and do my laundry and go, not learn a whole new system. Who knew a laundry mat could be cool?! This place is just that! Very clean and monitored regularly. Small staff that do laundry services.. by the pound. (Washing, folding, wrapping) they are very helpful! They also offer pick-up/drop-off service and dry cleaning. What ever you need! Washers from 2x size loads to 6x size loads. You put money on a card.. and use it at the machines. TV, snack machine, kids area, lots of seating, big laundry carts... I can't say enough about this place! If you need to get laundry done, this place is ok. I stopped in to do laundry while on an extended business trip. They use cards that you have to put money on via a kiosk. There is no real price structure or information regarding how much money you need to put on the card to wash or dry a complete load in the various machines. I had to flag down someone that worked there to get help with this. After washing my laundry, I moved clothes to a dryer, chose the high setting and used the last of what was on the card to purchase 30 minutes of dry time. It's worth mentioning they lack comfortable waiting area seats, there are some old beat up chairs and some barstools that face the parking lot, so you can't really keep an eye on your stuff. After 30 minutes of dry time I discovered the heat had never kicked on for the dryer I picked. I was able to flag someone down and they gave me credit for 30 minutes in another dryer. The second dryer worked fine, but the extra 1/2 hour wait was annoying. read more

O Laundry is amazing! I sent in a request for laundry service on a Sunday morning at 8:09 am; thinking there was no way they would respond. But they did, they picked up my laundry that morning and returned it the next day. They did my wash better than I would do; and I am very picky. Everything was neatly folded, wrinkle free and smelled clean. The price was more than fair. I am seriously hoping my new washer and dryer never come in. This company is the best!!! read more

O Laundry is really close to my place so I decided to give this place a try. The staff here are friendly. One of the staff showed me how to get a laundry card to use the machine which was really nice. There are multiple machines for different size load of laundry. The smallest one cost 3.99$ and the larger ones are 6.99 and 8.99$ depending on how large your load is. Expensive right? That's what I thought too but for some reason the dying only cost 0.50$. I guess it makes up for the wash. The place itself is clean but there is a lot of lowlifes here so becareful. read more

So I came here because my dryer was broken and needed to wash in the meantime while the dryer was being fixed. I hadn't gone to a laundromat in a while and the one close to my house didn't look the best. So I found this place and liked what I had seen in the pictures it's clean and I didn't have cash so the debit system saved me a run at the ATM. This was more than five miles and I was willing to commute as long as the place was clean and safe. So I had a ton of dirty clothes and used the most expensive machines I wanted to get the washing process done quickly. Now before loading the price was $8.99 and then when I changed the water temp the price increased. This payment system is more modern but you have to pay for the card $1.00 a card I will not use again as this was an emergency wash/ dry. The dryers are free but you only get 10 min free dry time the credits to dry depend on how much you pay to wash this will determine your drying credits. More drying time pay more. I thought that the drying was free when I read the other reviews. Not a fan of this system. I would assume the washer price is more but dry time is free and unlimited but nope. I didn't take a picture off the dryers but we will see how that pans IDK if the free credits I have will be enough or if I have to come out of pocket more. No Thanks O Laundry! So read more

The place is clean. The attendants are nice. My first time in your place. Heres my beef. Theres a $1.00 charge to get one of their laundry cards. No alternatives. So that initial $10 minimum transfer is actually $9.00. Thats not okay. They dont charge to change dollar bills to quarters for vending machines. Also. The machine prices are not readily visible. So dont get ripped off like I did, look at each row, each machine. I could have gone to 2.49 machines instead of 4.99 machines. AND The price increases as you change water temperature on the washing machines!!!!! Also. The dryers are a weird 0.35/10 minutes. Unless you think a few mins is sufficient you have to add at least $1.00 to dry each load. read more

Clean. Free Wifi. However no help. Had a bed sheet get stuck to a side of the dryer and scorch and tear. Even the attendant saw it and said it looks like it got stuck. What was their response to a burnt sheet. We can rewash it. Not happy. read more

I came here for the first time. Like the big open facility. Like the machines look new. The place is in need of repair. Big open areas in the ceiling. Large brown areas on ceiling. Looks like the floor hasn't been swept in a year. Large amounts of dust on the fans. And not one was on. With all the machines putting out heat, it gets hot in there. They need a weekly cleaning service to go in. I brought counter cleaning wipes. Had to wipe off the counter to use it. The restroom needed cleaning. The sink had barely a trickle of water coming out and no soap. Liked the large machines. It just needs weekly cleaning. Looks like they do it about once every 6 months. read more

This is my first And last time here such a horrible place. Dryer is claim to be free only to certain minute but stuff don't dry when minute is up and you end up having to pay such a scam! People are so damn irresponsible dry yours damn clothes and watch it so others can get there turn too leaving it there making all the dryer filled and no one and get their shit done. The five stars given to this location is for the hard working employee I met as I was in town looking to relocate. I do remember her name was Sunshyne. She was very attentive to anything I needed help with as well as all the other patrons in the establishment. She was polite funny as well as very professional at her work even as she was swamped and very over worked. As far as my second visit I came during obviously one her day off and noticed that she is the only employee that is not rude to customer as Raya or Rayna or whoever she is who in the middle of me asking for the restroom key scoffs and walks away after the third time being ignored and rude tude I was the the store next to the business and used the restroom and by that time I came back and gathered my cloths and watched as this employee did not clean did not do any of the thing I witnessed The employee Sunshyne do. So I left and as a third strike against this location The owner Anwar or something like that I witnessed this man remove someone's clothing from machines stash them in a locked room in the back of the establishment and they returned to get their clothing he called the police on them. To me that is very unprofessional very illegal being they were paying customers and wrong to do to anyone homeless or not. After this happend I witnessed this man the owner treat people like they were inferior humans or prices of crap he dose not know how to speak to his customers and personally I would if it had been me he spoke to in this manner I would have slapped the taste out his mouth. The ac did not work for crap his employees besides the helpfull and professional sunshyne who obviously works her tail off were disrespectful and rude like he wax to Mr and his customers. The 5 stars I give this laundry Matt is for Sunshyne. She's the only employee with this company I personally have witnessed cleans the bathroom the floors all at the same time making herself available to the customers with any questions or help needed. If they fixed the air and retrained or just replaced the rude and disrespectful employees and the owner learned how to talk to anyone frome what I have witnessed this would be an awesome business. But for now I recommend using this establishment while Sunshyne is working and that is the only time I will. She is cheerfully helpfully attentive and gone completely out of her way to make sure that her customers are happy and taken proper care of. read more

This place is very clean for a laundry mat and they have free wifi. You have to load money on a card to use the washing machines. I was not a fan of that part. I prefer to use quarters because I'm not sure how much exactly I'll use. So now we have to go back so I can use the rest of the money that's on the card. The children's seating area with a tv that's connected to a Roku is great for kids. Update: I got a message from the business that you can get the card balance refunded. I had no idea. Just moved to the Arlington area in April and I have been using O Laundry since. I've had zero problems and everyone is very friendly. The place is very well lit and clean. The card system took me a second to figure out but it's pretty easy to do. For a birthday present to myself I used their drop off service. While it was pricey it was WORTH IT. Everything was hung up on hangers and the folded items were wrapped tightly in plastic wrap in bundles and organized accordingly (i.e., shirts, undergarments, shorts, etc.). They weigh your clothes by the pound so if you brought in a weeks worth of clothing it probably wouldn't be too pricey but I had let my laundry go for a few weeks. eek! Either way, they were fast and organized and my laundry was ready on time. As a frequent flyer I do wish they would have a better lit parking lot for the nights I do laundry but I'm not sure that is in the control of O Laundry itself. I usually stick to doing day laundry anyways, O! K! read more

I Hanse come to this place 4 times and 3 of the four have had issues last one after speaking with owner told me I should NEVER PATRON here again!!! I put money on the card I have last week because I too have a business and I was coming once a week to wash towel for my own business.. I had 50 on the card before I left the laundry. When I arrived back there is only 25 what happened to my other 25?? He was too busy to investigate and resolved the issue.. all I can say is some how they are taking people hard earned money off their cards... a shame!!! DONT GO THERE ITS NOT WORTH IT!!!! read more

So our dryer breaks the day that we are hosting a party. I set out to find a place to dry our clothes. Thanks to Yelp, I stumbled across O Laundry. They were a live saver. I was immediately greeted by a staff member, she could probably tell I was a newbie. She showed me the card system, helped me figure out how much I needed and demonstrated how to operate the machines. Looking forward to getting my dryer fixed but if I ever need temporary laundry service again I'll come back to O's. read more

I came on a Sunday, place was packed. Everything went well until it was time to dry clothes. ALL of the dryers were full. However, I noticed at least 4 dryers with clothes still in them that were DRY!! There was no less than 5 people, not including me, with wet clothes waiting for a dryer. Come to find out, the ladies on STAFF were responsible for tying up 4 machines that could NOT BE USED BY CUSTOMERS! They actually walked over, acknowledged they were responsible for the clothes and walked away! Their DRY clothes sat in 4 dryers the ENTIRE TIME I WAS THERE.... well over 1.5 HOURS, while we scrambled around looking for a way to dry our WET clothes!!!!!!
