Kevin gave me a quote a few years back and came to give me another quote. Said he didn't want the job. Said you couldn't put a cement driveway due to my grading. Claimed I would have puddles of water like a neighbor (he showed me). He also said I should get blacktop. Turns out he was wrong. My new driveway is great and there were no puddles when it rained. It drained perfectly. I had multiple quotes for the cement driveway; not sure why he didn't want to give me a quote. He put a level on the driveway and said see it can't be done. I can't speak about his work since he didn't do it; but his knowledge is definitely lacking. I guess he was pissed that I didn't originally do the driveway the first time he came out. read more

My $10,000 driveway was installed 8/26/13. It WAS beautiful, however, it did not stay that way for very long. My problem with the way O'Leary Concrete handled this issue has several layers. My driveway was poured 8/26/13. After the winter, in March of 2014, my driveway was pitted and crumbling. The owner did make an effort to fix. He arranged for the concrete to be ground down to the aggregate & then colored. He assured me that would take care of the pitting and crumbling. My driveway held up until after the one year guarantee in August 2014; however, in March of 2015 after the winter the same problem occurred - pitting and crumbling of the driveway. The owner once again inspected my driveway in March 2015 and agreed that it needed to be replaced. "I am a man of my word." He gave me a date of 8/17/15 that he would be taking out the old driveway and putting in a new one. In June of 2015, O'Leary texted me and said that there was nothing he could do about my driveway, When I called him, he said "it is well past the year guarantee, and I am DONE with you and your driveway." I have requested the specs for the concrete that was used in my driveway. He has refused to provide them. O'Leary gave me a contact at Ernst Concrete where he purchased the concrete for my driveway. Ernst Concrete came out to my house to take pictures of my driveway. They have refused to give me the specs of the concrete used on my driveway, stating that the specs were well within industry standards & that they needed permission from O'Leary since he was actually their customer. I clearly was misled and deceived by O'Leary Concrete when he set up a date to replace the driveway, and then waited over two months to leave me a text message stating that he was doing nothing. I have already contacted the Better Business Bureau about this matter. The complaint was closed because my complaint was past the year's guarantee. The business, O'Leary Concrete, would do nothing further about this problem. So if you think that a $10,000 concrete driveway should last longer than a year, I wouldn't go to O'Leary Concrete. read more
